very small rooms, toilet were splashing water outside, uncomfortable beds, very lousy at night , couldn't sleep .

I liked that the hotel was nice and cool and they gave you free bottles of water

The room I was in was like having paper thin walls, I could hear the other room flushing the toilet and was also kept awake until gone 2am as the same room had their tv really loud till the early hours.

Location convenient and close to the historic center. Room clean with decent Internet speed. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly.

Friendly and peaceful, but not quite 4-star standard.

Very friendly Italian staff. Despite being near the road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, especially with the lovely sound of birds singing in the morning.

The price doesn't match the standard of the hotel. The hotel has 4 stars, but the standard of my single room felt more like 3 stars.I was surprised by that.

Loved it!

The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was substantial and there was loads of choice. The staff were exceptional. They were extremely friendly, pleasant and could not have been more helpful.

The property was fine and the rooms were clean and comfortable but very noisy. If you stay make sure your room is at the back of the hotel. Staff really obliging and friendly.

Good hotel on your way to Rome.

Beds are good and comfortable. Location is good. Pisa is 20 minutes drive. Good restaurant Leos 3 mins drive. Very friendly personnel. Breakfast included was OK. Nothing special could be more variety.

Bath canin is small tbh., No EV charging in the area. No smart TV. Only Italian channels. No big things, but still have to mention it.

A quick visit to Lucca

Staff was very professional, outgoing to customer requests and open to help out. Facilities are relatively new, of a good standard and kept very clean. Breakfast was nice, fresh and there was a lot to choose from.

The main road of Lucca in front of the hotel doesn't create the easiest pedestrian access to the hotel. But it could be worse.

Good and modern Hotel, located at a walking distance (approximately 15 minutes) to Lucca's walls, through a calm streeet. Excellent parking lot, inside the hotel. Very good breakfast served in a pleasant room. Friendly check in and basic informations about the city.
