A fab medieval town, lovely place, but two broken nights.

The location was really central along a cute side street just by one of the key squares. Check in with a code was easy and communication was good. Everything very new, clean, and well appointed.

The noise levels in the middle of the night were not good. We were in a room overlooking the street (room 106) and on both nights we were there (a Friday and a Saturday) loud noise carried in the middle of the night. On the Saturday night we were kept awake between 2.30am and 3am. This is not the hotel's fault but due to the geography - narrow streets funnelling shouts. Bring super-strong earplugs!

Great little hotel right in the center of town with easy access to everything. Super clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Rooms are sparsely decorated and walls are a tad thin. These are very minor negative points to an otherwise exceptional property.

Not having the entrance code until the day of our arrival was stressful. Otherwise a nice stay

Although this is advertised as a hotel, it is managed more as an Air BnB: there was little evidence of staff at the reception, and if you arrived after 7pm, you had to let them know and get them to send a code - we found that whole system stressful, and it would be difficult for elderly people, especially if lacking IT skills/equipment. It would also seem that there is no staff presence overnight - which is worrying. If one pays hotel prices one expects to receive more of that kind of attention. We would also have liked a window in our room.

Friendly and welcoming

Excellent location and very helpful staff. There's a Pam supermarket directly behind, 2 very good takeout pizza places (Itaco and Alice), and plenty of morning coffee options in the piazza. No lift, but the staff helped me haul my cases up and down.

Bellissima struttura appena ristrutturata, Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Le informazioni ricevute prima di arrivare alla struttura veramente utili e complete. Camera super silenziosa e confortevole. Doccia fantastica e acqua calda subito disponibile appena apri i rubinetti. Posizione: fantastica nel centro di Lucca.

Digitale toegang. Heerlijk van deze tijd,.Top locatie. Middenin de stad en toch een klein stukje erbuiten op een rustig plein. Op 1 minuut wandelen van de echte drukte. Prachtige, frisse kamer.

Fantastisch verblijf in het midden van het centrum.

Geslapen in een net geopend nieuw hotel midden in het centrum van Lucca. Echt recht tegenover het huis van oucxini. Ondanks midden centrum heel erg stil. Prachtig interieur in een heel oud historisch pand. Supergaaf! Als je de deur uit loopt sta je direct op het plein met op vier hoeken leuke barretjes en gezellige restaurants.

Helemaal niets. Alles was absoluut top!
