We arrived at the hotel and the staff were more than helpful. We had a room upgrade to the penthouse which was room 402.

This property was a five minute walk from the Vatican City, which was ideal. The room was clean and tidy and we had a terrace to view out of breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate

Very pleasant atmosphere, we recommend!

Very good location near the historic center Lucca, excellent parking, luxurious breakfast terrace with excellent coffee. Very nice hostess Miriam, Very good communication. The rooms were prepared and cooled by air conditioning, cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge. Mrs. Miriam recommended us a unique local restaurant near the accommodation.

Friendly welcome by the lovely hosts. Even though I arrived late they welcomed me with a limoncello and a smile. Room was well appointed with en suite and close to both the train station and the centre of town.

A gem of a small hotel just outside the center.

I really enjoyed my stay here. A very nice older building that has been nicely renovated. Great parking if you have a car and an easy 10 minute walk into the Centro Storico. Lovely couple who own and run this great little gem of a hotel. If you speak Spanish you are in luck! They are obviously well-versed in English as well. It's nice being out of the centro and there is a great little neighborhood gelato place on the way to/from the centro. They also have a nice little outdoor patio on the 2nd floor with coffee available.

Perfect hotel for a short visit to a fantastic city.

A fantastic hotel lovingly restored a very high quality. Ideally located, easy secure parking and just a short walk to the centre of old Lucca. We stayed 2 nights on our big European tour and saw KISS playing in Lucca. Great location and really great friendly hosts/owners of this boutique hotel. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Amazing!!!

It is a very nice restored old house , it os clean and confortable, very close to the center area and to the train station, with an exceptional couple(owners) who helped us with every single question we had, they are always supportive and more than helpful giving all the information you need while you are there, Jesus and Myriam treated us like family, we will always have them in our hearts❤️

The building is exactly as pictured. old stone walls, worn stone staircases- positively lovely. The room was clean and spacious with all the comforts of home.

Very nice stay in a lovely hotel.

Very nice hotel, the building is lovely renovated and everything is functionnal. The owners are very nice and accomodating and the price is reasonable. It is not too far from the city center of Lucca but conveniently situated and close to the station. We used the hotel as a base camp for a 3 day trip around Tuscany and we really appreciated it.

Charming architecture, delightful and helpful hosts, great location a wonderful terrace to enjoy coffee on the morning and it was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They’ve thought through very detail to make it an easy and enjoyable stay!

We loved our stay! The staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel is darling, and our room and bath were very comfortable and beautiful. It was walking distance to the walled inner city of Lucca and the train station.

It is close to the train station, but with baggage, I would recommend getting a cab.

Really nice room, good location, the premise is a few minutes' walk from the old city. Free parking at the location, there is a great pastry shop nearby and several general stores. The hosts are also very nice.

The welcome was fabulous, the hosts are really lovely people who genuinely care about their visitors. The rooms were gorgeous and they were beautifully prepared. A very clean comfortable and stylish property. Great art works too. Breakfast was a freshly prepared feast delivered in a well appointed upper outdoor terrace area. We wouldn’t think twice about recommending this property.
