The restaurant for evening and breakfast had a very good selection and the quality was high. The staff in the hotel all spoke English and were very helpful. The rooms and facility in general were clean and tidy. There was also plenty of parking at the back of the hotel with easy access. There was a small pizzeria and convenience store (left and right side road facing) within 5 mins of the hotel which was extremely useful! I would have no hesitation staying at this hotel in the near future.
Lack of transport in the local area. The bar area was understaffed as the staff had to serve both bar and downstairs restaurant. The draft beer selection was limited and not a great choice tbh! Also, there was no sky sports or music on the bar area so very dull.

Good location, very nice staff and nice room
The bed was a bit too firm but that was the only thing. We got used to it after the first night!

Poor breakfast, no atmosphere in restaurant in evening, too far from restaurants etc inside Lucca walls
