Location was excellent - host was very kind

Central location and bed comfortable. Host helpful with early check in. On the via Francigena.
No refrigerator, and no mini bar (just a coffee machine with no latte) which was different from stated on booking. Com as being provided. Breakfast certainly wasn’t as shown in the pictures on booking.com. No breakfast at all.
