We loved staying here - brilliant location, surprisingly quiet given how centra, good night's sleep

We were warmly welcomed by the hostess who provided useful info on local restaurants etc. The apartment provides the perfect elements for a stay in this lovely city.

The pillows were not the greatest, but overall it was fine in terms of comfort. Whilst the location is amazing, there is not the best view from the windows.

Fabulous location in Lucca

The location was absolutely fabulous! Our host was responsive to our requests. We enjoyed our stay in Lucca.

The bathroom could do with a really good scrub & there were no kitchen facilities. There was a small fridge with a coffee machine & kettle on top but no where to prepare food or clean dishes apart from bathroom sink. There was also no tea towel or washing liquid to clean the plates or cups.

The location is very central, close to the main shopping street and lovely restaurants. Our apartment was overlooking the old amphitheater which was fantastic.

Location perfect. Breakfast was not included We booked this flat the same day, as our train was cancelled from Lucca. Very accommodating, and felt lucky we were able to book, same day.

Great base for a short visit to Lucca!

They were super friendly upon check-in, the apartment is right on a square so you step out and are immediately within the city. It was not too loud or anything at night, which was great. The AC wasn't super strong, but this felt rather common throughout our stay in Tuscany. The rooms offer a lot of space for the money, and they are pet friendly, which is great because we had a small dog with us. Some aspects of the apartment seem a bit outdated, but to be honest, I think it's a great spot to base out of for a little exploration of Lucca, which is a beautiful and cool city. Special mention: I got locked out of my room late at night and they answered me promptly with a temporary door code, which was a massive lifesaver, so thank you for that!!

The AC could use a check-up maybe, just to ensure it's working properly. Also I believe it's only 1 card per room, which can be a challenge when with a group or a partner who is on a different schedule than you. But as mentioned, the door code solution can solve that (just don't forget your code!).

It was one of the best stays in Italy

Claudia was extremely hospitable and welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to check in at 13:00, right after we arrived in Lucca, which was very convenient. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Despite the historic building, there is an elevator, which was a great plus. We had two separate rooms, each with its own air conditioner, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Superb location, walking distance to everything and right in the main amphitheatre square. Claudia who checked us in was so lovely and helpful and we received lots of brilliant recommendations for surrounding area. Room was comfy, big, and well equipped. Wish we could’ve enjoyed the room for longer!

Fantastic location rooms look onto Antifeatro. We were on third floor but there was a lift. Very clean and we were welcomed by Claudia who is available by phone if you need anything. Only negative WiFi intermittent.

Magical stay in a beautiful place. Don't miss walking or biking around the walls.

The location was amazing, overlooking the historical Anfiteatro square,lot's of restaurants and even more tour groups. A magical photo opportunity. The hosts were brilliant, very informative and provided us with more water and coffee pods every day.

Fantastic location. Easy check-in and support. I always felt that if I needed anything, it was only a text away.

Communal area between the bedrooms that was used for coffee and a small refrigerator was just a hallway. No place to sit with a table and go over maps, itineraries, etc. Overall, a very minor issue though.

A romantic and relaxing spot

Breakfast was served at a café down in the square below, which worked perfectly well. The room was large and comfortable and had a spectacular view of the main square. The windows were actually very well insulated against the noise from the square at night.

It was very difficult to find the place, and it is very far from available parking.
