Ok for one night in Lucca

Very good breakfast, friendly lady, cozy house

The bed in room n.3 was super uncomfortable: too high (I literally had to climb on it with help of my husband), short, unstable construction, old. Room🚩: when we entered the room, we found the pillows on the floor, without pillowcases. Also, there was an empty plastic bottle in the room. Check out is at 10:00 and check in is at 17:00, but 7 hours are not enough to make this small room, or someone has already been there before us?!

Bagno condiviso. La maleducazione degli altri occupanti purtroppo non si può gestire e trovare un bagno allagato non è piacevole Colazione migliorabile magari con torte fresche e qualche salato

Da rifare la colazione.

Staff assente, letto dei primi del 900, con soltanto lenzuolo e copriletto, un po' freddino. In camera non c'è armadio. Del televisore non se parla, ma pazienza. Al mattino, per colazione, nemmeno un banale microonde per saldare il latte, giusto la caffettiera non acqua bollente per fare il tè. I cartoni del latte freddo, senza un banale paio di forbici per aprirli. Le paste tirate fuori dal freezer che restano fredde e dovrebbero essere scaldate un po' anche quelle per poter essere mangiate, altrimenti, inaffrottabili. Almeno un fornetto elettrico, invece nulla. In tanti anni di viaggi, mai vista una roba così... Il tavolo per la colazione è unico e grande e va condiviso con gli altri inquilini; questo sarebbe anche accettabile se non fosse che la colazione così servita è veramente i Imbarazzante.

Tolle Villa ich war separat untergebracht mit eigenem Bad und Küche die Vermieterin ist super lieb ich durfte eine Woche mein Auto dort stehen lassen das Frühstück war liebevoll gerichtet. Alle Gäste an einem Tisch. Wie bei Mutti zu Hause. Ich fand es besonders. In die Stadt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß

Die Unterkunft ist zu Fuss zu erreichen ...ca. 20 min zu Fuss. Auch mit dem Bus ist die Unterkunft gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft wird sehr herzlich, freundlich und familär geführt. Unser Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad.

Historische Villa Lucca

Die Villa Adelina ist eine reizende toskanische Villa mit individueller historischer Einrichtung der verschiedenen Zimmer und vielen liebevollen Details, wie zum Beispiel der sehr hübsche, familiäre Frühstücksraum. Die Gastgeberin war beim Frühstück anwesend und zugleich diskret wie ausgesprochen herzlich und offen. Die Villa liegt nah am Stadtzentrum von Lucca, wir sind aber nochmal ins Auto gestiegen, um die Altstadt anzuschauen. Da wir mit dem gepackten Urlaubsauto auf der Durchreise waren, haben wir besonders den abgeschlossenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück geschätzt.

Die historische Villa liegt inzwischen in einem Gewerbegebiet, was mit Lüfungsgeräuschen und Licht einhergeht, allerdings ist sie schön eingewachsen, die Fensterläden verdunkeln gut, wir haben gut geschlafen.

Majoituksen kuvaus ei vastannut lainkaan totuutta.Paikassa ei ole esim.kahvilaa tai kahvinkeitintä.Huoneissa ei ole laseja.Saati sitten viinilaseja.Kahdeksalle matkailijalle oli 1 wc jaettavana sekä suihku samassa tilassa.Emme olleet ainoita jotka miettivät asiaa.Miten varaus oli mennyt näin?.Meille osoitettu huone ei ollut siivottu.Sekä jouduimme toisen pariskunnan kanssa etsimään sisäänkäyntiä ja huoneiden avaimia.

Un gradevole rifugio fuori le mura di Lucca

Il soggiorno è stato confortevole soprattutto per la stanza spaziosa, la possibilità di parcheggiare e per il ritrovo a colazione con gli altri ospiti.

Il bagno privato della camera al piano terra si trova lungo il corridoio esterno. La stessa camera non è dotata di armadio guardaroba.

Příjemné ubytování v blízkosti centra a obchodu, vlastní parkování, velice milá majitelka.

Ubytování na okraji centra, v docházkové vzdálenosti do centra (30min), vlastní parkování. Vedle velký obchod. Vila je pěkná, původní vybavení. Problém je, že v budově není klimatizace. To jsme při rezervaci přehlédli, což bylo pro nás ve vedrech 35°C a více velice nepříjemné. Majitelka ale velmi ochotně zajistila přesun do apartmánu v zahradě, který klimatizaci již měl, bez dalších poplatků. Byla to naše chyba a proto nás tento přístup velice mile překvapil a oceňujeme. Poté již bylo vše v pořádku, včetně snídaně v tematicky vybavené jídelně. Ubytování určitě doporučujeme.

Notte post Lucca summer festival

Alloggio pulito e confortevole, in una zona tranquilla, con parcheggio e a circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lucca. Erano a disposizione anche una macchinetta per il caffè e un frigo. La signora Samantha che lo gestisce molto gentile e simpatica. Piacevole la colazione, da fare in una sala comune ad un tavolo con gli altri ospiti con cui poter scambiare 2 chiacchiere.

Proporrei anche qualcosa di salato nella colazione, ma quello che c era di dolce era buono.

Een matige b&b die we anderen echt niet aanbevelen

Het was een schone villa met ruime kamers. Op loopafstand van het oude Lucca.

4 kamers met gezamenlijk toilet en badkamer. Ligging matig op een industrieterrein. Tuin is echt geen tuin, slecht onderhouden net als de raamkozijnen die van slechte kwaliteit waren .Ontbijt kon echt veel beter. Airco in deze tijd is echt een must, net als een goed bed. Vanmorgen werd het ontbijt pas laat geregeld . Geen horren voor de ramen, absoluut onder de maat!

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Lucca zu erkunden.

Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind einfach und praktisch. Für die Anreise haben wir konkrete Anweisungen zum Parken und zum Schlüssel erhalten so das das sehr einfach war.

Ich weiß nicht ob es in der Beschreibung gestanden hat und ich es überlesen habe, aber es gibt hier nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad für 4 Zimmer. Dieses war aber sehr sauber.

Belle chambre et lit très confortable. Salle de bain très propre et grand choix de produits de toilette. La gentillesse de la dame qui sert le petit déjeuner. Pas trop loin du centre ville (2km)

Une seule salle de bain pour l’étage. Parfois compliqué. Chambre côté rue. Beaucoup de circulation et de bruit dès le matin. Petit déjeuner composé uniquement de petits pains et confiture, yaourt et fruits. Rien de salé. Mais il faut dire que la chambre n’est pas chère donc bon rapport qualité prix

Sa situation géographique et petit déjeuner copieux essentiellement du sucré. Chambre originale, très propre avec un lit à l'ancienne.

Pour la salle bains commune, au final ça le fait. Et elle dispose de tous les équipements et produits nécessaires.

Nonostante il b&b sia pulito e le camere spaziose, la descrizione risulta essere poco chiara. "Bagno privato" indica un bagno esterno alla camera, scoperto solo una volta ricevuto le indicazioni della proprietaria tramite whatsapp.Con una bambina di pochi mesi non è stato il massimo, anche se fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. Purtroppo l' errore è stato quello di non leggere attentamente le recensioni degli altri ospiti, e direi di essere stata anche fortunata, poiché ho scoperto che molte stanze hanno un solo bagno in comune. Anche la colazione lascia a desiderare con dolci stantii Insomma per la stessa cifra c'è sicuramente di meglio.

La villa è spaziosa e bellissima. La location è molto comoda per arrivare in centro e la villa è dotata di un parcheggio ben gradito :) L’accoglienza è stata top (nonostante un disguido per il check-in ma non era la colpa di nessuno), e la colazione bella consistente.

Consiglio a tutti la villa Adelina, ma consiglio anche a chi ha il sonno leggero di prendere dei tappi :). È una villa di 100anni, quindi si sente un po’ il rumore della strada durante la notte.

La proprietaria era molto gentile e la colazione buona. Il bagno pulito. I cagnolini sono benvenuti.

Una struttura datata con l'arredamento originale che potrebbe essere pure affascinante se non fosse per i letti e cuscini super scomodi e l'isolamento termico basso, non adatto per certi periodi dell'anno. Il bagno in comune presenta una crepa sulla porta che le ospiti femminili non hanno gradito particolarmente per la mancanza di privacy. Il parcheggio non era curato con l'erba molto alta e in alcuni punti con dei dislivelli che, pur facendo molta attenzione con le manovre, ci ha provocato il distacco della protezione plastica sotto l'anteriore della macchina.
