Lovely, clean and modern room with air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities in the room. A peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca. Self check in ahead of reception hours was straightforward and breakfast was excellent. Pre book able car parking space was a bonus and the ability to book the space after checkout as a bonus due to a late flight. Nothing was too much trouble for reception.
The fact we were only there for one night and didn’t have enough time to make full use of the wonderful facilities - gardens and spa.

Pay for parking. Pay for bathrobe and towels in the spa so it definitely not free either.
