I had to change my arrival time and asked questions to the staff prior to my arrival, and their replies were prompt and exhaustive! Staff is more than just kind and professional, they treat you really well! The rooms are super clean, same counts for all the toilets. The breakfast is G-R-E-A-T and the common room/dining room is perfect if you are unlucky enough to have to work lol. The only regret I have is that I only spent one night there, I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Location in a quiet area of walled city next to the church of St Frediano. Newly converted and pristine with such cool decor such as small motorcycles!

I didn’t ask, but there were no hot beverages at breakfast.

Absolutely recommended! Loved it!

Loved everything! Great location, super comfortable, everything is new. Good sound and temperature insulation. In December the heating was very important and all worked perfectly. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place has been renovated and reopened recently and it’s really nice. I felt so comfortable there that even decided to prolong my stay in Lucca.

Everything was great I have nothing to complain just a heads up: the community kitchen is not open yet (december 2025), but the staff was able to for example provide hot water anyway. Thank you!

Linda ubicación. La habitación y baño espacioso y limpio. Hermoso edificio, ya sea la arquitectura como los espacios comunes. Personal de recepción y del desayuno muy amables.

La posizione e l’ antica dimora ristrutturata molto bene. Colazione buona e personale gentile.

Da italiana mi è mancato il bidet , obbligando quindi a fare la doccia sarebbe stato comodo trovare anche un phon a disposizione, almeno quello al muro.

Struttura all'interno delle mura di Lucca, comodissimo per girare tutto il centro storico! Personale gentile e disponibile! Colazione sia dolce che salata in una bella stanza ampia. Bella la possibilità di giocare a calcetto e ping pong!

Lucca Top

Posizione, stanze con il soppalco, pulizia, struttura storica, parcheggio, colazione (caffè!!!), staff gentilissimo e professionale.Bravissima Manila che ci ha anche salvato la vita nei meandri di Lucca guidandoci a destinazione. Occhio perché la struttura è in ZTL: chiamate e in un batter d'occhio vi recapitano il pass.

Un suggerimento semplice da attuare: le porte delle camere hanno la molla di chiusura tenace. Ad ogni chiusura, soprattutto di notte, si ode una piccola esplosione, molto fastidiosa. Per risolvere il problema basta toglierle, tanto la serratura è elettronica!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! L’ostello si trova in una posizione perfetta

La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro e facilmente raggiungibile. Struttura pulita e ben organizzata, con spazi comuni comodi e accoglienti. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e atmosfera tranquilla.

Nulla di particolare da segnalare, tutto è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. Parliamo di un Ostello ma comunque si tratta di una struttura di buon livello sia a livello di comfort che di servizio.
