Wonderful!

Loved the location right in the town center can walk to everything. Parking was $30 eu a night nearby because you can’t access the center of town because it’s not allowed. The place was very clean and beds were fine!

The shower leaked a bit. Other than that it was great.

Cosy Stay in the Heart of Lucca

This apartment was a great place to get comfortable for 4 days. It's located in a very central spot of Lucca with everything between 2-10 minute walk away. It was great having a coffee machine in the shared area and there was a house-keeping service each morning for guests staying more than 3 days. It was a self check-in process which was easy to follow and clearly communicated by the hosts.

There was construction site right outside the apartment on our 2nd last day as they were ripping up the road. It was out of our control but there was no pre-warning of this or any advising that this may affect our stay. Unfortunately, it was quite inconvenient as my partner had to sit a 3 hour exam in the room and there was a lot of noise coming from the demolition.

Meticulously decorated, sparkling clean and confortable

The room was sparkling clean, we had a bottle of water and lovely glasses. Stephano was super nice opening the heater and AC to help us to dry our clothes after aheqvy rain. The location is perfect, quiet, elegant. There is a good restaurant next door, a Carrefour Express and a wine bar.

A beautiful place to stay in Lucca

Our stay at Residenza Centro Storico was fabulous. Stefano was so helpful and accommodating and made things very easy for us. The location couldn't be better, right near everything but feels secluded. Our room was comfortable with a window that overlooked a Piazza as we enjoyed our morning coffee. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Cute and cosy. Great location.

This was a cosy little residence with just 6 or 7 rooms right in the heart of Lucca. The location is fantastic, with everything in walking distance. The whole residence is very sweetly decorated and the room itself was very comfortable. We were there on a weekend and there was no staff at all; however, they left use extremely clear instructions on how to get there and how to get in so everything went really smoothly. The communication was great and we felt well looked after, even though we didn't see a single soul during out stay.

If you are looking for staff or personnele to help you and you are there on a weekend, you are out of luck. It didn't really bother us, especially as the communication and instructions were very clear. But it may not be your thing.

Excellent location with lovely clean & comfortable room.

Excellent location in the centre of Lucca. Lovely clean room with comfortable bed. There was an annual parade when we stayed and the sound proofing on the widows was excellent. Good free coffee available in the common room on the first floor, with a fridge/freezer and shared kitchen available to use if required. We used the fridge, as did others for chilling beer/wine and water. A supermarket just across the square and recommend Turandot on the corner of P,za San Michele for breakfast, only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Good communication with Stefano before and during our visit, offering help and guidance.

Lovely old rooms in an ancient building in the city centre. Very easy to use the QR + PIN entry system. Handy shared kitchen/hang out space with good free coffee. Comfy bed and good double glazing, so very peaceful

Wonderful

The location is amazing! Within the old city walls and just a short walk to the main sights. The main room is splendid with beautiful high ceilings with a fabulous view over the square. We very much appreciated the use of the coffee machine in the communal area. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location, welcoming and comfortable stay with all the attention to detail of water in room kettle and teabags and Italian tarts. Also bonus to have a communal area with complimentary coffees and access to filtered water and fridge facilities in the recent heatwave. Beautiful bedrooms with towels and toiletries provided. very easy and great communication to Stefano! the apartment was clean, super central located, big and had what we needed for a family. parking of cars is not the best but acceptable if you think about the place in a old town like Lucca. so outside parking is required. all in all great for a trip to Lucca

Location is really central. The room had everything you need. There were even little snacks and the option for tea or coffee.

As it is super central, it could be a little noisy at night. But with the windows closed, it is no problem.
