Great central location & excellent for the Lucca Summer Festival. Very quiet at night too - probably as it is located in a private apartment building. Very clean, spacious room & staff very helpful & friendly (thank you Gabriele - best coffee in Lucca!!!). Perfect for a short break! Will return!!!
Had a bit of a problem locating it on arrival - quickly remedied by a WhatsApp message from Gabriele. It is located next to the Fabrinelli bookshop (see attached photos) & not obvious from the road.

Gabriele was a magnificent host who could not do enough for us. The accommodation was first class, clean, tidy, quite, easy to access, comfortable and plenty of room. The location was perfect; we were able to reach all areas of the Lucca within easy walking distance and were close to many piazzas, historical buildings, cafes, restaurants and shops.
Simple; Nothing.

It was clean, had a lift, good position, staff were helpful.
Air conditioning was in bad position, facing the same level as the bed. The room wasn’t suitable for 3 people.
