Amazing location, in the very heart of Lucca, all attractions at walking distance.
Cozy and comfortable room in old style yet nicely end effectively restored.
Shared kitchen with all facilities, including a great coffee machine.
Super kind and helpful owner, who provided support and useful suggestions even before my arrival.
The only flaw is the accessibility through steep stairs, yet of course it is due to the fact that the apartment is located in an old building in the historical centre.

Breakfast was not included but kitchen facilities were great.
Since we didn't have internet access during our trip it was impossible to contact the host ( who lives 10 km from the apartment). We waited an hour outside the entrance until another group , who fortunately had contacted him, arrived and we could get in. Very long and steep stairs to the entrance would make the apartment unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.
