Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent location. Private and convenient parking (for a fee) 100 meters away. Available, attentive and nice landlady. Good breakfast. Comfortable and well-equipped balcony with a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine.

Peaceful and beautiful close to everything

The location is super - literally just around the corner from the main shopping street, but not on the main street, which means it is quiet at night. This is important because the main streets are very noisy late at night. The B&B is in a lovely old building and the room I had is beautiful, with a modern and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was served on a lovely terrace out in the sunshine.

I had no problems because I travel with a backpack, but the stairs are step and carrying large suitcases up the stairs would be heavy. This is not a complaint, just something that is good to know.

This is a b&b, not a hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet although basic. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee. It’s in a great location but yet nice and quiet.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Very little choice. No croissants or pastries. Coffee cold. Asked for a hot cup of coffee which was cold again. Receptionist was very unhelpful when we asked about transfer to the train station and said she didn’t know how to book a train ticket.

Lovely place to stay in the centre of Lucca, everyone working was very helpful and friendly. Room was big with good air con, breakfast was perfect, no complaints at all.

Lovely cozy place

Everything. Spacious, unique, decorated with love and style this hotel make me feel like at home. Very clean and bright. The host Irene provide us exact instructions how to reach the parking, the hotel itself and for self check in. I really recommend this place in Lucca.

Nice host, room clean beautiful rooftop terrace. Breakfast also nice.

Room and bathroom was very basic / dated and towels, pillows etc a bit old and threadbare, tho clean. Very very very expensive for one night (300 euros!) - expected a bit of luxury for that! If cheaper would be just fine. I assume it was so expensive because Robbie Williams was playing lucca that evening.

Cozy b&b in the heart of Lucca’s old town, perfect for couples.

The b&b is located within the walls of the old town and close to many shops and attractions. The owner is super kind and friendly, she welcomed us with a big smile and made sure we felt comfortable. Every day she prepares breakfast in the rooftop and makes sure that all the delicacies is at your disposal (great choice of food). Our room was pretty, spacious and perfectly clean.

Pleasant

The way the managers treated us us upon arrival. The man screamed at us in Italian. He kept asking us if we had a problem. I said yes, I do not know what you are saying I do not speak Italian. We both wanted to leave. The man made us feel very uncomfortable. The next morning at breakfast one gentleman told us the hotel was very had to find. When he finally found the hotel the lady told him if you had not made it to the hotel by 7:00 pm he would have been locked out for the night. The people were very unpleasant and made us all feel unwelcomed.

Our entire stay was very disappointing. I had been to Lucca before and loved the town but I could

We arrived and no one was there to check us in so we were left outside at 11:30. The place was very difficult to find as other people said it was very had to find. We came back at 4:00 to check in and find a parking place. The manager was walking down the street and walked right past us ringing the bell. We were very frustrated since earlier I had texted and called the hotel. Since no one answered the door or unlocked the door. We banged on the door so they might hear us. At that point the manager turned around and withut introductions started hollering at us as why we were banging on the door. He continued tok argue with us. We were ready to leave. He finally opened the door and we walked up to the first floor to check in we thought. He continued hollering at us asking, "do you have a problem?" I replied that we did not understand what he was hollering in Italian. He continued to holler at us which was very upsetting to us. I was ready to leave. The hollering continued... I will not recommend this place to anyone. I was so thankful we had only planned to stay one night. Another person we met at breakfast said the hotel was very hard to find. Finally, they found it at 6:30 pm. When they checked in the girl told them if they had not arrived by 7:00 they would be left outside for the night.

Superb

Absolutely charming B&B. Great location for all the sights, restaurants and bars. The staff were so helpful so thank you. We would love to return, maybe when the weather was better.
