Excellent location, lovely view from the breakfast terrace, welcoming staff, very good breakfast.
The bathroom handle was dodgy so I accidentally got stuck in the bathroom. My friend was in a different room. Twice the cleaning staff left her door unlocked after service (whereas my room was never serviced in the 3 days we stayed).

Perfect location in the city center of Lucca, very friendly staff and a great room with airconditioning.
Room was next to the breakfast area, so you can hear the people having breakfast in the room. Was not at all disturbing to us, but good to note.

This is a b&b, not a hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet although basic. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee. It’s in a great location but yet nice and quiet.
The breakfast was basic and some items not very fresh.
