The breakfast hostess was rude, did not acknowledge us, was on her phone and uninterested in being there.

This is a b&b, not a hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet although basic. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee. It’s in a great location but yet nice and quiet.
The breakfast was basic and some items not very fresh.
