I loved the view, the cleanliness, the breakfast.
The WIFI signal is very weak and doesn’t work in the room. The air conditioner was also extremely weak and it made sleeping well impossible.

Breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. Just the perfect way to start the day. Very attentive staff. Will book here everytime on our return to Lucca!

I liked the location even thought it wasn't at the main address, it was very central and convenient and not noisy. The room was great, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The owner was not friendly to me at all. He didn't even introduce himself. He did take my case to where I was staying, which was a short distance from Via Dell'Anfiteatro. I had been to Lucca before so I didn't need any helpful info but not once did he even try to make any conversation about anything, and I speak Italian. The breakfast certainly didn't live up to other reviews here. Perhaps it was because it was off season and in a different address the selection wasn't as good.
