Very good location. We had a very spacious double room.
We only had one key to enter so a keyless entry would have been better. The b&b is not staffed for the full day so there is no one around if you have a query. Also, I knew we were going to be in a separate building from the rest of our family, but didn’t realize it was on a completely different street.

Great location in a very quiet street. The bed was comfortable, great pillows! Shower was large and water hot.

I liked the location even thought it wasn't at the main address, it was very central and convenient and not noisy. The room was great, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The owner was not friendly to me at all. He didn't even introduce himself. He did take my case to where I was staying, which was a short distance from Via Dell'Anfiteatro. I had been to Lucca before so I didn't need any helpful info but not once did he even try to make any conversation about anything, and I speak Italian. The breakfast certainly didn't live up to other reviews here. Perhaps it was because it was off season and in a different address the selection wasn't as good.
