Don’t stay here on a weekend if you don’t like to party. The rooms overlook a busy square where they have extremely loud amplified performances until midnight (particularly unfortunate on the night when I had an early morning train). And then the street cleaners come at 6am. The windows don’t close very well and all the sound in the square reverberates into the room. So it would be fine if you are someone carousing out there until midnight.

Had a 4 night stay here with friends as we attended a concert in town. The hotel and staff were wonderful. Every need was taken care of, and even bought more JD when we managed to empty stock. Really look forward to returning soon.

The service was very good, the location of the hotel excellent and the room was nice and clean, very good that there was also air-conditioning. Unfortunately the voices from other rooms came very loud as somebody was moving furniture in the middle of the night above my room. Also voices from next room come very clear. But I understand that the building is old so not much you can probably do.

The people were all friendly and attentive. The bed (just like all beds we have been on in Italy was hard). The location was great as it was in the middle of town. We ate at the restaurant and it was good. The breakfast had good options and even several gluten free items! We would stay again

Great location. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work well. Even overnight, it only cooled the room to 25.5 degrees (78 degrees Fahrenheit). The women at the front desk came to our room and insisted it was working as it should. Be prepared for a very hot room even though it technically has air conditioning.

A good lodging experience, but a few points of criticism: 1) I am a big detractor of the hotel bathroom experience where the shower sprays onto the floor with a drain, and no partition to keep the floor throughout the bathroom from getting wet. My room had this feature, but it was ameliorated slightly because the shower was quite far from the sink. 2) No wall plug for charging in the bedroom that I could find; I used the one in the bathroom. 3) The hotel charges for small items from the minibar; other hotels offer this complimentary.

It’s very close to restaurants and shops. Location is very convenient but the hotel is in very poor condition (old and dirty furniture, sagging mattresses, out dated AC unit insufficiently regulating room temperature, bad smell interiorly). The main disappointment was the bed bugs, my son and my wife got bitten badly all over their body and face. When we reported this to the staff, they denied that there are any bed bugs in the hotel. Their uncomfortable itching still lasts until now. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Stayed at La Luna on my own in the single room. Was very well looked after by staff who were so helpful with my late evening arrival following flight being delayed. Location was perfect for the Summer Festival (I travelled over from UK to see Take That) and staff gave me directions to parkrun in the morning - all the sites you want to see are within easy walking distance of this lovely hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer - will definitely return with friends!
