At Home Bed and Breakfast

Simple clean accommodation in the best location. Fabulous view. Beds were comfortable. Air con was great!

Staff were not too helpful when asking about parking. One minute they said we couldn’t park in the town and the next they said we could. Some solid o go & support would have made things better.

Central location. Cleanliness of apartment.

Excellent location although did not have room facing Piazza, could be more specific in room details. Reasonable roomy although could be upgraded and in some more pictures on walls to add colour to room.

Could be more direct connect with owner or representative.

The communication with the owners was great and they allowed me to leave my bags at their restaurant until I left Lucca. I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance door at first despite great instructions (my GPS) and lugging my baggage up the stairs was tough! I didn’t have a view of the piazza which was disappointing. The room when I arrived was quite cold and the split system to heat it was very, very loud. The room however was spotlessly clean which I appreciate. The water pump every time any water was used was very loud also, and the sound from the piazza too. I wore ear plugs and then I had a great sleep!

Distance from the parking and the stairs. I simply wasn’t prepared to cart my luggage so far so this was my fault for not preparing the trip better.
