The WiFi network didn’t work in the room located in the older part of the building where my room was located.

The location was perfect.
Although the hotel advises that accessibility facilities are limited due to the age of the building, access was only available via a lift. I appreciate the challenges that come with maintaining an older property, however it was quite difficult getting my small mobility scooter in and out of the lift and around the hotel. The room was also quite compact, leaving very little space to manoeuvre comfortably.
Breakfast was adequate but not as varied or plentiful as those offered by the other hotels I stayed in during my two-week trip around Italy.
One member of staff was particularly pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with another member of staff was less positive. When I asked if it would be possible to obtain €20 cash in exchange for a debit card payment so that I could use the local launderette, I was firmly told to go to the bank. I explained that I had already tried the bank and found it closed, but no alternative assistance was offered.
Overall, the hotel was acceptable for a short stay, but there were a number of issues that made it less comfortable and convenient than other accommodation I experienced during my travels
