Luxury Corte dei Nobili

Very comfortable space, enjoyed as a solo traveler and good location.

I got bedbug bites after my stay here and was extremely upset. It was a clean room other than that but that was a huge disappointment.

Very interesting location, super friendly staff/ communication. We were able to self-Checkin after hours, parked in a nearby underground garage (for a fee) and had a lovely stay in Lucca

Difficult parking

The room is nice and comfortable and beautifully decorated

They are 0 accommodating. I arrived to Lucca earlier than the check in (which was at 3pm) and there was no one at the property and didn’t want to come in to check in earlier or keep my luggage at reception. I had to wait and put my luggage in storage. Check in was only from 3 to 7pm. We ended up being 2 so we paid extra (which is fine) i asked for 2 bottles of water and they never brought it to us ( he said he was going he never did and the next morning when i asked, he said in the afternoon at 3pm knowing we were leaving at 12pm…) When we checked out we asked if we can keep the luggage at the property/ reception since our flight was at night again they couldn’t accommodate… for a hotel / B&B this is the bare minimum we ended up walking in Lucca with our luggage before our flight
