great location. check in was easy. I was sent the relevant code information well in advance through WhatsApp and entry and finding my room was simple. the owner checked in with me to make sure everything was okay.
Nice communal kitchen area with coffee and tea offered and a nice small balcony to enjoy. Everything was spotless. The shared bathroom situation wasn't a problem as there aren't a lot of rooms sharing the bathrooms and you are provided with a bathmat as part of your towels so others don't leave the floor all wet as is common.

Great location right in the center of lucca about a 15 min walk from the central train station. Beautiful interior and a very responsive and kind host that was reachable by phone at any time.
There is not AC but a decent ventilator, which is not a dissappointment as it was correctly advertised, just something to keep in mind if you have trouble sleeping when its warm.

This property was very clean and elegant. The host made the instructions to enter the property very clear so the self check in was easy. We loved Lucca and the property was beautiful. It still has an old interior making it more traditional. The owner is so lovely and accommodating.
The room was a bit warm without an air conditioner but we knew this when booking. It seriously wasn’t that bad at night after we got used to it. It does say it very clear so make sure you read before booking. Although she does have fans to use if you message prior to booking in.

Great location, super easy access to any part of Lucca.
The place had a not great/stuffy smell and the windows did not open. We never had to wait for shared bathroom when we were there, but in peak times I imagine it can be a bit of a wait.
