Too expensive for what it offers
Easy check in/out. Clean room. Private parking. Kind host with lovely pets.
The room is in the basement: it is quite humid and with the thin walls you get to hear everything that happens upstairs (where the host lives).

Good
This accommodation was exclusive of food, but it had self catering facilities. Unfortunately the supermarket is a 15-20 minute walk away and I did not have a car. Also as I was staying for just three nights it made no sense to buy sugar, coffee etc. It would have been great if that was available at the unit with perhaps a packet of biscuits. Other than that the accommodation was spacious with a bedroom, changing room, kitchen and dining room bathroom and entry hall. and if I had had a vehicle there is plenty of secure parking.

Struttura molto moderna e nuova, molto ben curata con un bel giardino. Molto comodo il parcheggio all'interno. Pulizia top. Cinzia la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.

Belle et spacieuse salle de bain. Belle chambre, mais matelas un peu vieillot. Moustiquaires partout et centre à un km, sincèrement une bonne adresse

Ruim appartement, vooral fijn als je Lucca en omgeving met de auto wilt verkennen.
Ruime kamer en badkamer. Mooi huis met ruime tuin. Eigen toegang op begane grond. Snel antwoord van host op berichten. Flexibel, kon er al vroeg in. Kon met Ridemovi een elektrische fiets vinden in de buurt. Daarmee snel in de stad. Lopend is het zeker een kwartier.
Verder geen voorzieningen, zoals koelkast, koffiezetapparaat, maar zelfs geen stoel op de kamer. Prima als je er alleen wilt slapen en ontbijt, lunch en diner buiten de deur doet, maar niet fijn als je zelf wat wil maken of bewaren. Geen airco.
