Lovely room, friendly owner, peaceful location

A clean, spacious room and large, newly fitted bathroom in an attractive farmhouse. Located in a peaceful area outside the town. Free, convenient parking. Fast free wifi. Walkable into town (30-40mins) along a mostly pedestrianised/cycle path along the route of a 19th century aqueduct. Roberto, the owner was friendly, spoke English to us and kindly helped us with our heavy bags. Nice to have use of pool (shared use with owner and other guests). Coffee machine freely available for espressos/black coffee. I could not hear church bells from room (on other side of house) only when outside.

Cigarette smoke smell and early morning noise in corridor from other guests opposite. Open bins are kept in a utility room in the corridor, which smelt bad in the summer heat (could not be smelt in our room though). Both fridges are in shared areas (it would have been nice to have our own in our room). No bathroom lock and bedroom lock seemed weak/unreliable. Shower would benefit from a door as has a tendency to flood.

Nice location and spacious room. Very clean and comfortable.

No coffee capsules were provided and no nets on the windows, so we had some mosquitoes in the room.

Eccellente pernottamento vicino al polo fiere di Lucca

Posizione del b&b perfetta per lavorare in fiera, veramente vicina e facilmente raggiungibile. L'host è stato simpatico e disponibile, colazione non inclusa ma comunque a disposizione dell'ospite macchina del caffé e merendine. Il bagno della mia stanza era semplicemente spaziale.

Non mi sono trovato benissimo con il cuscino che credo fosse in memory foam ma troppo morbido. Qui si va sui gusti personali quindi non dico che non fosse buono il cuscino, un cuscino alternativo avrebbe potuto rendere l'esperienza impeccabile. Ho comunque dormito bene, nonostante nelle vicinanze ci fosse una chiesa con un campanile molto rintoccante.

Todo me gustó, la atención, la limpieza, el lugar, la ubicación, la habitación, el baño, las vistas, todo hermoso, super recomendado, cerca de Lucca pero en un lugar privilegiado, tranquilo y seguro.

Prima overnachting

Wij hebben hier 1 nacht overnacht op weg naar Oostenrijk. Mooie grote kamer, goed bed en goede douche. Prima afstand van Lucca waar je naartoe kunt fietsen. Langs het pad van de Romeinse brug zit een restaurant waar je prima kunt eten.

La maison de Roberto est très agréable, au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville. Roberto est très sympathique, très arrangeant et de bon conseil.

Muy bien la verdad experiencia

El dueño fue majisimo y nos dejó dos bicicletas sin ningún coste. Además sin coste teníamos café por la mañana. La ubicación es genial para no tener que meter el coche en Lucca que no se puede.

Quizá el entorno pero todo genial, no hay bares cerca.

Paradiso Verde is schoon, rustig en ligt perfect ten opzichte van Lucca

Kamer was schoon en netjes, vooral de grote badkamer was heel fijn. Lucca is makkelijk te bereiken vanuit Paradiso Verde, zowel te voet (30 minuten) als met de fiets (20 minuten). We mochten fietsen lenen van de eigenaar, wel wat verouderde fietsen maar werkten prima! Ook beviel het opgezette zwembad ons erg goed, fijn na een dag in Lucca te zijn geweest om even te kunnen relaxen.

Benedenverdieping is wat verouderd, maar past ook wel weer mooi bij de accommodatie.

un posto rilassante fuori Lucca. Il sig. molto disponibile, ci aveva anche preparato le biciclette nel caso avessimo voluto raggiungere il centro in bici. Non posso che fare i miei complimenti.

C’est différent … isolé… calme … neuf … la chambre est superbe … le lieu unique mais des améliorations sont possibles !

Agréable logement à 10 minutes du centre-ville

Ancienne bâtisse dont les chambres viennent d’être rénovées. Notre chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse. Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. Le parking sur place et privé est un réel plus. À 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Lucques.

Cascinale ristrutturato con arredamento moderno e ottima pulizia!

La struttura sembra un cascinale, ben ristrutturato, arredamento nuovo e moderno, molto pulito (profumava). Il giardino non l’abbiamo goduto poiché pioveva ma era davvero molto bello e ben tenuto. Era presente un gatto molto tenero. Roberto, il proprietario simpatico e gentile!
