Great location. We stayed in room 203. Probably the most amazing bathroom shower we have ever had in any apartment or hotel anywhere in the world….ever. Like a waterfall. Good air con. Good Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed.

Because of its location it is noisy at night. Motorbikes. People. Recycling. But is in the centre so this is unavoidable. Wear earplugs for a good nights sleep.

High quality fittings and furnishing, attractive decor, good quality bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good entry security system. Quiet street near to area with good restuarants. Prompt response from hosts over WhatsApp.

No hot water on 2 out of 3 days I stayed.

The location was really good and close to the piazza so we could comfortably experience the nightlife. Room was a decent size and bed was really comfortable

When we were staying, there was no hot water so we had to have freezing cold showers

Beautiful central stay in the heart of Lucca, overly comfortable and clean.

The property is right in the centre of Lucca, close to everything with beautiful views and access. The bed was so comfy, and the bathroom was really well setup.

There were a lot of stairs to get to the property, this is very common for Europe but could be good to know just for preparation.

Base for exploring

We stayed here for one night and got exactly what we were after. A room in the centre of Lucca at a good price. It was used for nothing more than sleeping and showering. The room wasn’t the cleanest but was not “dirty”. All in all I’d stay again if I needed to.

The chalet is in the heart of lucca, except for the aibility to park nearby it is a great location.

The only comment I would have on our stay would be that the airconditioning unit was leaking water. But the staff helpfully put towels underneith to collect the water.

Great location, clean old building with modern decor.

Could’ve restocked coffee and creamers without us asking. No elevator so stairs with suitcases was a bit of work, and stairway had a moldy smell to it.

Luxury in Lucca

Martina was an incredible host. She provided us with some great recommendations of what to do and where to eat in Lucca. Easy check in. Fantastic location. Room was clean, modern and well styled. Very comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Perfect!

This was an excellent stay for me & I feel so lucky to have found it last minute! The location is incredible, but they don’t sacrifice any details just for location. The room was divine, with an incredible shower, air conditioning, and anything you could want. Check in was easy and secure with Martina through WhatsApp & she was so flexible/ kind, letting me check in early since I had had a rough day of travel/ hadn’t been to sleep. She also let me leave my bags both before and after check in. I should also give a shout out to the super kind cleaning lady who helped me with all of this at the property as well. I instantly felt welcomed & was able to relax. (Also want to give a shout out to an awesome bar/ caffe right around the corner- Bar del Sole- with amazing people who let me hang for a few hours in the rain until I could get into my room!) I will always view this stay with fond memories- it was a true respite & I am grateful to Martina for being an outstanding host!

Nowhere other than a short rail with a few hangers to put clothes. No wardrobe or bedside cabinets. Electronic door (the outside entrance) didn't often work and needed to use the key in the key safe, however that was tricky in the dark.

We had a lovely short stay and would have just wished to pay a bit less for what we got.

Easy Checkin and a great room with a touch of luxury in it's furnishing. You just can't beat having a small bathtub for two in the room. You are right in the middle of the city and it's a great place to explore Lucca from.

Paying the price of a luxury room you'd rather expect everything to be near perfect. In fact though, there was a blank lightbulb hanging out of the wall, the knob for the shower was loose and quickly fixed with some tape. Also there is no storage. Like absolutely zero. You need to have your ugly bags just flying around the room. So overall they just hadn't gone all the way to make one really perceive the kind of luxury that they were promising. The pictures of the room here are also pretty damn good. We were a tad surprised by the actual size of the room compared to what we expected seeing the pictures.

location is good, and the host is very quick to respond.

The headboard was covered in dust as were the lampshades. There is no full length mirror. the only mirror is the one in the bathroom. with 2 people getting ready it made it tricky. no iron or any other facilities. we both for bites which I am assuming are from the bed. the mattress was blood stained too. we certainly won’t be staying there again, sorry

Very convenient and quiet location in Lucca

Location perfect. All the sights of Lucca within a 10 minute walk, and yet the area is very quiet at night. The room had everything one could want, was a very good size, and the shower and bathroom were great. All had been very well cleaned. The owner kept in very close touch, and answered any questions I had almost immediately. Daily room cleaning was offered, and although we didn't take it up (we were only there for 4 days), the cleaners obligingly left extra coffee, tea, biscuits etc for us when requested.

Great location in the center of Lucca. The room looked really nice. Bed was extremely comfy and the pillows were the best we have ever sleep with our whole life!!!! The bathroom looked really high end with a rainshower. Check in with code. Tea, coffee and cookies available.

The wall behind the bed was from a cloth material full with dust (you could see the white colour from far away) - it should be vacuumed once and then. No possibility to store bags but we knew that from the beginning.

Apartment was on the second floor which would be the third floor in the United States. Lots and lots of stairs. My wife and I are both over 70.
