In a quiet part of the walled city not far from the train station. Nice room and mostly helpful staff.
One particular unpleasant member of staff called Sylvia went out of her way to be unhelpful.

Not being charged twice and then not being refunded immediately for the mistake when contacted. Disappointingly disinterested in coming back to us with a response.
