Excellent stay! Affordable, clean, beautiful historical building.

Great stay! Alessandra went above and beyond to help us with transportation to Lucca, and it was a great stay overall. The BnB is a lovely historical building, the rooms were well-sized, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Extreme bonus that we had AC as well in the rooms. The BnB is also very well located and a quick walk to any of Lucca's main attractions. Thanks for a great stay!

Great experience at Alessandra's place

I stayed here for five nights while attending a conference at IMT, and it was an excellent choice. The location is perfect—just a short walk both to the university and to exploring the beautiful walled city. Alessandra, the host, is truly wonderful: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. The place itself is spotlessly clean and well kept, which made my stay very comfortable. Overall, a great experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting Lucca.

Very conveniently located to explore Lucca

Very good location, easy to find parking nearby. The room was comfortable, we definitely needed the air conditioning during such a hot stay! Our host was very friendly and accommodating, would recommend.

Fantastic, rustic, central location, great host Alessandra

Alessandra the owner was very helpful with advice when I booked about travel arrangements to Lucca. Also when I arrived at the hotel she answered my questions promptly by email. I liked that the building is very quaint and of traditional Italian style with beautiful rustic wooden ceiling in the rooms. The room was very big and bathroom huge. All bedding was lovely fresh and I had everything I needed. It is also only 5 minutes to the town centre which was fantastic and nit far from the wall to go for a walk round. Alessandra was a great host and made my stay pleasurable.

The location was a short walking distance from the main piazza and is in a lovely area. There’s a small square near the property with some friendly bars. Our room was easily accessible, incredibly clean and the beds were comfy. We had a small terrace and a courtyard. Although we didn’t make the most of this. Alessandra went above and beyond for us, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We really felt like we were in a home away from home. Love Lucca and highly recommend.

There wasn’t anything not to like, we were confused if there was breakfast available, but not really anything to put us off.

A very safe, relaxing place to stay.

This is a great location to enjoy a visit to Lucca. The host is on site in the mornings and extremely helpful with advice and dealing with any questions or requirements. The room was quite and restful as an escape from the heat and buzz of the town.

A small matter and not something that is necessarily expected in an apartment. There was a fridge and an electric kettle in the room but there were no other utensils or crockery ... but in Lucca it's most enjoyable to go out for breakfast and lunch in any case. And the host would most likely provide glasses, cups, plates if specially requested.

Excellent location to the East of the old town. Rooms full of character, warm colours, shabby chic, very clean bathrooms, shower gel and caps provided. Beds made each day. Terrace a great bonus.

Placed inside the walled city, close to the center but still quiet in the evening. Nicely furnished with a historical touch, but still with AC and modern bathroom. Helpful host. Great solution with parking garage not far off. Perfect for a family of 4.

Very nice older property located very close to Lucca Italian School and Piazza San Francesco with many good restaurants.

The property was very nice but there was no breakfast.. The service and amenities were fantastic. Very responsive host.

The WiFi in Room 5 was spotty but when I changed rooms it was great. Lots of narrow stairs to get to top floor.
