Luuca good and so location but flat impossible for people not friends or family

Location very good. No breakfast supplied.

Advertised as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom good but bedroom2 seemed unready for us NO duvet bedside table and lamp unconnected and hidden behind bed. Very tight space at bedsides. No wardrobe space full of stored junk. bathroom 2 cupboard off sitting room. No shower, mirror or place to put anything except on floor which got very wet as basin only size to wash hand and low wall above made it impossible to bend over basin to wash face.

Very enjoyable !

The location was perfect - central to the sights but away from tourist groups with a nice little local cafe across the way with excellent pastries. The apartment is spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen too. Ida was very helpful and friendly with good recommendations.

I can’t think of how it could be improved! Would be challenging for someone with mobility issues perhaps due to the stairs but it is only one flight.

Great location and comfortable but floors need improvement

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was easy to find in a quiet street. Toilets was clean and modern. Rooms were standard with all furniture that was necessary. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking.

Floors were not well cleaned. If you wear shoes into the house they would be fine. We had two young children barefoot and it didn’t take long for their soles to be completely black.

Lucca

Very comfortable and perfect location to explore Lucca. We were able to store our rental bicycles in the entrance area (bicycle racks).

Be aware of confusion between the owner and booking.com. We booked a two bedroom apartment as clearly stated on our booking.com reservation, but when we arrived we were informed by the owner that we had to pay extra for a second bedroom. The stairs to the second floor apartment are steep. Unpleasant if you have some difficulty in walking.

Excellent location and had all we needed The host was exceptional and even called us a cab when we needed and was very helpful with other things about the property and local restaurants

Great place to stay in Lucca

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment a lot. Ida is a great host, she shared all the required information and was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is big and comfortable, and everything is like in the pictures. We had everything we needed for a short stay and rested there really well. The location is also very good, we could easily get to any place in the city center. There are several supermarkets and good restaurants close to the apartment. We are very thankful to Ida for this great experience!

For those who plan to stay, please be aware of a very steep stairs to the apartment. But the good thing is that it doesn't take long to get there, the apartment is on the second floor (or the first above the ground floor).

Adorable Apartment, great location to stay Inside City of Lucca!

Our host was very clear and helpful with instructions for after-hours check-in. We also got great information about local parking practices and even when we ran into issues. Host was very responsive!

Appartement avec beaucoup de charme, bien équipé, confortable, rien ne manque...lave linge, sèche linge, wifi, climatisation... Emplacement bien situé dans le cœur historique , calme. L'hôte est agréable et disponible. C'était un séjour parfait dans une ville à découvrir, nous sommes ravis!

Ausreichend Platz, super zentral!

Sehr großes Appartement mitten in Lucca, tolle große Küche, sauberes Bad und alles fußläufig erreichbar :-) Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. Leider haben wir Ida nicht angetroffen, dennoch klappte der Bezug unkompliziert und reibungslos! Gerne wieder, dann aber länger!
