A hospitalidade do Sr. Claudio é excelente! Os funcionários também bem simpáticos. Local no centro da cidade. Tivemos um problema com Ar condicionado do quarto, mas no mesmo momento ele nos trocou de quarto resolvendo nosso problema. Café da manhã com muito detalhes e delicioso. O estacionamento mais próximo é da entrada São Pedro.

O Ar Condicionado um pouco fraco, mas a Itália está muito quente.

Close to train station and city wall entrance. Nice breakfast customized to our preferences. Snacks out for guests to enjoy. Allowed us to store luggage, which is much appreciated.

Hot rooms in the summer. A floor AC unit was provided but it didn't have an exhaust hose so it simply blew hot air back into the room. Bathroom for our room was a ways down the hall, but at least it was private.

it wasn’t too far a walk from the train station

checking in was not so easy . there are 2 stairs to go up which was kinda ok - however the ‘private’ bathroom was down the hallway from the room . The room was fine -2single beds pushed together to make a double bed - the breakfast was set up but the bread and coffee was not there or perhaps in another spot -I just went to a cafe down on the street for a coffee . I didn’t see one person until just as I was checking out and he was on the phone and waved as I went out the door . The staff are distant and remote .it’s all done via what’s app messaging . It would help and be much better if someone was there to greet you when you got there .
