Exceptional service, location and facilities.

Breakfast was exceptional, food and drink you hoped for plus items you hadn't even dreamt of!!! Fresh and delicious. Martina and the staff were so lovely. Nothing was too much. I was a solo traveller and my room was huge. Extra features are great as I could come back to my room and have some antipasti on plates and cutlery provided after a long day in the upstairs landing area. Easy to walk to the Centro historico. A great street of shops, restaurants and deli/cafes just round the corner. The decor is quirky and interesting but not everyone's choice as it is very disney/princess themed... but for me it added some charm and uniqueness.

This place is ran by passionate people and it shows!

Super friendly staff, well-equipped room, lots of amenities. If I ever visit Lucca again, I'll definitely stay here. They are very thoughtful. Little gestures go a long way, like providing earplugs because the hotel is next to a rather busy road.

The only underwhelming thing was the breakfast. By 9 am, most things (ham, eggs, cheese) were gone.

Staff were lovely, the place was clean and tidy and the breakfast choices were amazing, not far to walk to places of interest

Perfect place to stay in Lucca, do not hesitate to book

The location is excellent, with Lucca’s city center just a few minutes away. Having parking available was a great bonus, and compared to other accommodations, we were able to check in very early, which made things much more convenient. The house’s decoration is truly sensational and unique, with pleasant fragrances welcoming you everywhere. From the very first moment, communication with Martina was effortless, and she provided us with fantastic suggestions for things to do. Our room was clean, very spacious, and exceptionally well equipped. After all the walking, the huge bathtub was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Breakfast was wonderfully abundant and satisfying. Although we accidentally paid the tourist tax twice, the staff informed us immediately and refunded the amount on the same day, demonstrating very professional handling. If we ever have the chance to visit Lucca again, we will definitely choose this accommodation once more.

This is a lovely place to stay. A superb breakfast. Huge room and the bonus of a car park. The staff were lovely and it was just a 15 min walk into the town. A great place to stay.

The property was great: we had a great room with bathtub and very spacious. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options and fresh food. The owner is a lovely lady. If we ho back to Lucca will stay there.

In primul rând, doamnele de la receptie au fost foarte amabile și prietenoase, doamna Martina oferindu-ne multe informații suplimentare cu privire la obiectivele din oras. In al doilea rând, am apreciat curățenia din cameră și baie, micul dejun a fost perfect, oferind atât gustari dulci, cât și sărate (trebuie mers la micul dejun când incepe, altfel riscați sa nu mai prindeți decât unele gustari), iar faptul ca a existat chiar și o placa de par, e un alt mare plus. Exista parcare privată gratuită la proprietate. Și încă un alt mare avantaj, doamnele știu limba engleza. Recomand cu drag aceasta cazare!

Come andare con i propri piedi in un hotel da favola e uscirne con tantissima dolcezza materna.

Parcheggio perfetto. Accoglienza ottima, Bagno super pulito e ben organizzato. Colazione favolosa. Dolci davvero molto buoni. Martina, la hotel manager, e la mamma, la chef delle prelibatezze, sono eccezionali.

Unica pecca, l'intero letto: dalla posizione scomoda per vedere la TV alla comodità del materasso. Ma è giusto per dare un consiglio alla manager per un miglioramento futuro, rispetto alla stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

Struttura accogliente e super pulita. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il soggiorno dall’asciugacapelli, alla piastra, agli asciugamani, alle ciabatte da camera, ai tappi per le orecchie, incluso il frigobar (a consumo). La camera con la vasca idromassaggio - non richiesta ma assegnata - si presenta molto luminosa e spaziosa, dove nulla è lasciato al caso. Martina e la signora delle colazioni sono il top. Sorridenti e simpatiche. Colazione super abbondante e buonissima, anche salata. Posizione super top, a pochissimi passi dal centro e dalle fermate pullman che portano in stazione.

Veramente una Favola... tutto stupendo stanza meravigliosa calda e confortevole super consigliato sia per grandi che per piccini e come vivere in una fiaba, dalla sera alla mattina con una colazione super principesca...posizione ottima a 2 passi dalle Mura di Lucca prima porta S.maria dove ci si immerge subito nella via Fillungo via della movida, con ristoranti bar e piazza dell anfiteatro! Super consigliato

Gentilezza e cura nei dettagli!!!

La camera era stupenda, molto curata nei dettagli e anche spaziosa! Sono rimasta sorpresa nel trovare anche la piastra per i capelli oltre che il phon con anche il diffusore! Ed è bello anche trovare da bere nel minifrigo nel caso uno avesse necessità (ovviamente un costo a parte) ma ci sono i prezzi elencati sopra il frigo.... Quindi non ci possono essere incomprensioni! Accettano i cani sia in camera che nella sala per fare colazione dato che la zona con il cibo è separata! La colazione era ottima con tanta scelta! Mi è piaciuto molto trovare le monodose delle marmellate nei barattoli di vetro invece dei soliti monodose di plastica... È una scelta secondo me molto ecologica!! La proprietaria Martina è stata molto carina e gentile all'accoglienza e mi ha dato tutte le informazioni per girare la parte storica di Lucca! La signora che ha servito la colazione é stata molto gentile e curata nel servizio! Se dovessi tornare a Lucca ci tornerò sicuramente 😊😊
