Location
Room and facilities were tired. Appreciate they are trying to keep in line with old style charm but needs to be updated and we have stayed in a number of properties throughout our trip in Italy that have done this well.

I arrived a little earlier after a long train ride, it was hot and I was with my boys who were frustrated and tired. Matteo was responsive and very helpful. He gave us access to the room and also was so helpful on the day we left in holding our bags. I was grateful for that. The location was fantastic! The room was charming. The bathroom was across the hall but was ours exclusively and was nice and spacious. It was a wonderful stay in Lucca and we would come back to Lucca Charm again :)

La ubicación es lo mejor .Muy céntrico
El desayuno en otro local.Desayuno escaso (cafe y croissante, si quieres algo más tienes que pagarlo). El aseo no se encuentra en la habitación tienes que salir al pasillo para acceder al mismo. La habitación necesita una buena remodelación
