Lucca Charm

We stayed at Lucca Charm for a week in May to visit some family and had a really lovely time. We stayed in the room with the bathroom across the hall, which, though strange, makes sense with the age of the building, and we didn’t have any issues. We will definitely be coming back to stay here during future family visits! Here were some of our highlights: Attentive and flexible staff: Matteo was very easily contactable over WhatsApp for any question or issue we had- and very friendly! We were able to check into our room at 9am in the morning after our all night bus ride, and enjoyed a late checkout as well. When there was an issue in the bathroom, a plumber was quickly sent to sort things out. Location could not have been better! One is about a 5-10 min walk from everything in the city, and the building itself has a very charming style :) Powerful air conditioning: While Europe was experiencing a heatwave, we were feeling very refreshed and able to sleep comfortably in our cooled room. Included breakfast—all day! As a very late riser, it was very nice to be able to get our complementary coffee and pastry whenever we wanted during the day. I normally don’t go for hotel breakfasts at all, but the bakery the hotel is partnered with has a beautiful selection of sweet and savory pastries and sandwiches. There’s some inconveniences that come with the bathroom across the hall and the age of the facilities, but everything was very manageable. Really nothing to complain about!

Posizione eccellente nel cuore di Lucca, con tutte le principali attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Camera molto pulita, accogliente e silenziosa. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l’aria condizionata, molto utile nelle giornate calde. La colazione viene servita in un grazioso caffè con un’atmosfera piacevole. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Nulla di particolare. Il soggiorno ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative.

La ubicación es lo mejor .Muy céntrico

El desayuno en otro local.Desayuno escaso (cafe y croissante, si quieres algo más tienes que pagarlo). El aseo no se encuentra en la habitación tienes que salir al pasillo para acceder al mismo. La habitación necesita una buena remodelación
