Lovation was fantastic. Breakfast lovely. Staff helpful.
Bed quite uncomfortable and noisy. Lots of noise from breakfast room in morning as rooms lead directly into it.

The location was great, its in the middle of everything, the room was nice and clean, it was also made up daily which was nice, the bathroom was also nice and clean with a decent shower, good fridge for your water, the breakfast was basic but nice, yougart, pastries, bread, cheese and ham etc, you could also have boiled or scrambled eggs for a bit of variety.
There were only a couple of niggles which in no way detracted from our enjoyment of Lucca, however they would off been nice, the WiFi signal didn't each our room, luckily we all had roaming and plenty of data for booking our trains and attractions etc, the WiFi was available within the main reception area if you were really stuck, also no proper modern smart TV, so it was Italian only channels.

We loved the friendliness of the ladies who managed the place. They went above and beyond when needing help. The location is very convenient for exploring Lucca.
The bathroom could use an update.

Great location, right in the center of town.
The room had a leak with a bucket to catch the water so all night long we could hear the water dripping. The next morning the bucket was full and leaking on the floor so we had to mop up the water and empty the bucket.
