Location and layout of the property were excellent - despite steps to access, once you got to the room - everything was on the one level. The doors opening on the Anfiteatro was amazing - to watch the world go by, by day and night!
We were there for 5 nights, no mirror other than the small one in the bathroom. Hanging rack in wardrobe was way too high - both easily remedied.

The location was perfect, we didn't actually realise it was as central to Lucca as it was. The piazza was vibrant and busy with the flower market which we loved for sitting at the balcony morning and early evening! The bed was comfy and we had all we needed for our short stay
There was no kettle to make a cup of tea - only coffee equipment. Fresh pastries for the first morning would have been a nice touch, the packet pastries we didn't use

There is no staff and the instructions for getting in were not clear at all. It's basically an Airbnb type place, up a loooong flight of stairs and no elevator. Fantastic location, though.
