9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The hotel was conveniently located next to the Funicular connecting the Lugano Main Train station. All the tourist attractions and lake were walking distance. We got a free room upgrade and it was huge! Strongly recommended for first timers to Lugano.
Well small note, you have to go through their Gabbani Restaurant in order to go up the reception counter. But the restaurant's waiters were so helpful and will point you the way.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Location and breakfast
The room, the noise, very loud room and windows facing inwards the building rather than outside so it is not possible to refresh the air
