The desk person upgraded our rooms to very luxurious rooms, out of pure kindness. The hotel was immaculate , quiet, air conditioned. Location is perfect, close to large center parking garage, center to old town

Loved the hotel location, friendly and helpful staff and especially Lugano

Lovely staff at the front desk and information on the desk really helped me make the most of the day and a half I was there. Luckily found out there was the Long Lake Festival on so I really enjoyed the concerts I saw, as well as exploring the art gallery, promenade and mountain funiculars and walks. Lugano blew me away in fact, and this hotel was perfectly located for everything to offer in the city. A very buzzing restaurant downstairs and their sister pizzeria was very good (discounted for guests)

Interesting to get to know Lugano, yet important to do a thorough research of the stay.

Great location, central

Not clear about the fact that the parking is not included. They have a discount with a partner parking for which you have to pay a value that is not to ignore. The personnel at the end, moment of check out, very unpleasant and passive aggressive. In the hospitality universe this is not acceptable. For this reason I would return nor recommend as I find the stay expensive, and having to deal with unpleasant people doesn’t pay off.

Our room was beautifully updated. The building is very unique and lovely. The restaurant and deli are fantastic! Very close to walk to everything in town. Very safe area.

Cosy stay in the city center

Very well located and the staff was friendly and helpful. We even received free public transport tickets for the duration on our stay and a room upgrade.

Unfortunately the TV in our room was only working when showing commercials, we could not access any channels, and the reading light next to the bed was not working.

The ambiance is very Italian and the hotel with its restaurants are very beautiful. The staff is professional and nice. The hotel is smack in the center of Lugano. The rooms could be made more charming to match the restaurants, although they work well.

Hotel was wonderful . Loved the location and the cafe , restaurant beneath the accommodation was fabulous . Room whilst small was clean and very comfortable . Bathroom was great spacious and a very good shower ! This hotel is a little gem in beautiful Lugano

great location, the breakfast buffet offered excellent choices and was of high quality. Good size bathroom.

Bedroom is really far too small for two adults. no desk for working. no facility whatsoever, like coffee maker or even hot water boiler. opening of breakfast room at 07.30 is really too late for our taste and habits

Very friendly, small hotel in the heart of Lugano. In summertime it may be quite noisy.

It's a three-star hotel, but in fact it meets four-star-standard. You enter by the bistro/shop with a great ambiance. That's the heart of the hotel, there are only a few rooms on the upper floors. Excellent breakfast except Xmas-day when the the kitchen of the bistro was closed. So there were no omelets that day and no eggs. The Staff is very friendly in a informal way.
