Nice but a pitty that 2 persons spoiled it a bit

Beautiful hotel. Most of the staff was realy friendly and did a perfect job. Unfortenately they forgot to clean our room. We left the hotel around 10 o clock and came back at 14 o clock. Housekeeping did not pass in our room by that time. When we asked the reception they told us the the reason was because our do not disturb card was out or because we forgot te give our keys to reception before leaving the hotel. Neither of both was the case, so there was no reason not to clean the room. A mistake can always happen but we found it profound the there was no appologie from the lady in the lobby. First day they forgot to bring us the breakfast menu.

Great quiet location and wonderful service!

The view was excellent! Breakfast was outstanding and the service as well. The room was very nicely appointed. Very nice balcony with comfortable seating. The use of E-Bikes and E-Vehicles was a great addition, although riding bikes to town is a bit precarious with traffic and no bike paths. The hiking right down from the hotel was a nice way to start the day.

The only negative I can offer is the bed needed to be replaced, it sinks to the middle. I had back issues do to this. The lighting is a little too dark in the closet and bath areas. It made looking for things a little difficult.

Noisy hotel … the walls are made of paper Noisy airco with medium cooling Lot of robotics that show modern but hard to control or shut down We had paid in advance for 2 night but left after one night … and staff didn’t even bother to ask why … And we just don’t like the shower and toilet integrated with the room

I liked the location and how close you can reach Paradiso.

I didn't like the way the staff was disorganized, I have planned a birthday surprise for my wife and they only managed to put in 5 balloons and a bouquet of flowers, disregarding the dinner I have planned with them to do so which was very disappointing. On top of the lack of communication and zero attention to detail, I have received a call from the front desk receptionist Giulia talking to me aggressively and raising her voice over the phone. I'm not sure if I am the guest at the hotel or she is? furthermore, Giulia continued her lack of communication and poor guess relation skills so I ended up speaking to her supervisor. moreover, upon check out they have placed our luggages into someone else's car and luckily we spotted it and stopped the other guest. what a disaster from their team. despite the great location of thd hotel I am not going back to this hotel because it did not live up to a 5 start hotel standards.

Our room had a single key. An actual key, not the card ones. A disclaimer in our room pointed out that if the key is lost, we would have to pay 1000 francs! That was a little stressful.
