Séjour très agréable

Personnel très accueillant surtout à l'accueil. La chambre était confortable. La climatisation très appréciée par temps de fortes chaleurs. L'hôtel est à 10mn max à pieds du lac. Très bien situé. Grand choix au petit déjeuner. Petite attention de l'hôtel pour mon anniversaire, merci.

Quand on a réservé sur Booking, c’était avec petit-déjeuner. À l’arrivée à l’hôtel, le tarif ne comprenait pas de petit-déjeuner. Merci à Booking, la facture ne correspond pas à la réservation. C’est un très mauvais point. Mais ce n’est pas la première fois que ça nous arrive avec Booking!

Bien pour un séjour d’une nuit.

Le personnel! Les dames qui travaillent à la réception sont tellement gentilles. On les a adoré vraiment. Après concernant notre chambre, les lits sont confortables, c’était propre et silencieux. L’hotel est à 3mn de la gare et 5 mn au lac à pied. Donc emplacement bien. On a pris notre petit dej sur la terrasse.

Juste le petit dej qui demande un peu plus d’effort. Il y avait vraiment très peu de choix et pas super bien équipé.

Einzelzimmer, auf befahrene Strasse, sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Badezimmer mit einer unglaublich engen Dusche, ohne Vorhang (spritzt hinaus). Atmosphäre im Zimmer ist gar nicht einladend, keine Ästhetik, weit davon entfernt. Sehr ringhörig.

Städtetrip nach Lugano

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, nur die Strasse runterlaufen und schon ist man beim LAC (Lugane Arte e Cultura) und somit sehr nahe beim Zentrum und am See. Gutes Frühstücksbüfett mit reichlich Auswahl. Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Otelin konumu Lugano sahile çok yakındı ve gerekirse toplu taşıma ile çok rahat ulaşılıyordu. Kahvaltısı çok genişti ve lezzetliydi fiyatı da çeşitliliğe göre gayet uygundu. Otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. 2 gece konaklamak için gayet yeterli bir tesis. Tam bir fiyat performans yeri.

Lovely place. A had a terrace to sit on in the morning and watch the swallows. The breakfast room is very pretty and staff very friendly and helpful. And the spot is marvellous if you like the bustle and the beauty of decay ;)
