Un séjour exceptionnel dans un endroit exceptionnel

Un établissement de classe qu’on n’en trouve pas souvent. Très belle chambre calme (ce que nous avons demandé). Le SPA est très bien et les séances de massage très professionnels. Tout le personnel, la réception, le restaurant et le service très attentif et aimable – on ne pouvait pas s’arrêter de leur envoyer un sourire au passage.

Wonderful with an idealic location in Lugano

Location right by the lake and if you have a lake view room breathtaking views. Hotel is lovely “old world” luxury. All staff were great but hats off to the breakfast team: always helpful and charming

A fabulous hotel - with a fabulous staff!

Everything, from the staff to the hotel itself - is absolutely PERFECT. We could not have chosen a better place to stay, at which to celebrate our Anniversary. We were picked up at the train station, warmly greeted by the Front Desk Staff, and arrived in our beautiful room - to a bottle of Prosecco, and a kind note from the General Manager. We were treated like royalty throughout our stay.

a hotel that is not worth its money

location

I was happy when I got a superior room with a garden view, but the window seat was a smoking area and a chat area for its own staff. The sounds of conversation and laughter were disturbing, unfortunately it was a disappointment for me and my family.

The location is good

It was a complete fiasco. Even though I got a superior room,It has nothing to do with the room in the pictures. the backyard view was the smoking and chatting area of the hotel staff. The constant loud conversations, smoking and seeing the room disturbed me. It is definitely not a hotel worth the money.

Très bon accueil et très bonne atmosphère.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel. L'amabilité du personnel, que ce soit au restaurant la Véranda, à l'accueil, les voituriers, le service étage. La qualité du repas à la véranda et petit déjeuner.

La chambre 657 : il faudrait si possible casser la cloison pour en faire une pièce unique. On a visité chambre vue lac : mieux agencé et plus fonctionnel. Restaurant la Véranda : l'attente entre les plats : trop long. Champagne en apéritif sans le moindre amuses-bouche ( salés, etc)

موقع المكان مميز على البحيرة مباشرة عندهم خدمة صف المركبة بالاضافة يوقفونها لك في كراج الفندق، الغرفة جدا انيقة يظهر فيها الطابع الاوروبي الفاخر البوفية الصباحي من الذ واجمل الاطباق والحلا كذلك تحديدا وفي اي وقت تنزل تروح للبحيرة مشي ما تحتاج السيارة اخذو رسوم لليلة وحدة على موقف السيارة تقريبا 200 ريال وديعة 100 يورو كاش واعطوني هيا وانا خارج كاش

Un véritable charme désuet. Beau, propre, petit déjeuner excellent, viennoiserie parfaite ( et c’est un français qui le dit !) Rien ne manque dans la chambre

Generally the hotel and the staff was very good.

The breakfast was great and the view is perfect while you having your breakfast.

The room was disappointing because it was not the same room as they show in booking and I talked with the manager about my complaint and they make a small discount which was very kind of them.

Five star price two star experience !

Location and access to the lake and mountain. Concierge very helpful and organised us a dinner reservation at a restaurant across the lake by private boat taxi

Our room (£500 a night!!!) had 2 windows one opened onto an outside kitchen and the other to the back of the terrace bar!! On going to bed we established that the air conditioning didn’t work (it was 29c outside) so we were moved to another room in a different part of the hotel at 10.30pm. Whilst the aircon worked, the new room was in a converted office building and looked out onto a scruffy car park and right next to a building site which started noisy machinery at 7.30am. The balcony had dripping “concrete” from the one above. We did get a part refund for our “experience” and the staff were fully supportive and very understanding of our issues. Property needs a full refurbishment.

Memorable and pleasant and I would return.

Its location, its design, the views, the beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

Some staff members were better than others. It is a very posh hotel with customers that have financial wealth and if you did not give off that vibe at times there was a small feeling of indifference from certain staff members.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le personnel était trés sympathique et toujours à l'écoute . le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux . Il ne manquait rien . la partie SPA était au top et le personnel trés agréable . Nous avons réservé avec un couple d'amis 2 chambres pour le week-end de l'ascension . Dommage que les chambres côté lac étaient déjà réservées .
