Overall, a good experience, but cleanliness could be improved.

Both the reception staff and the lady who served us at breakfast were extremely attentive and kind. It was very well located for what we needed (going to the hospital).

Unfortunately, even though we had to wait until the evening to receive the room, it was not properly cleaned. The bathroom had hairs everywhere, which was very unpleasant after a long day.

room was great and clean, service was nice and efficient, overall very new but comfortable feel, room was surprisingly spacious, staff especially at breakfast was very friendly and had nice conversations.

included breakfast didn't cater well towards dietary requirements, I had a few options but overall it was slightly limited. Still i stocked up on what I could eat and didn't leave hungry. Another thing is that evening time there is only very little shops open and so getting food was harder and so I wish they had a restaurant too or maybe a small shop that is open in the evening.

Super nice breakfast buffet and super friendly & helpful hotel staff. We stayed in a 3-person room - I can’t speak for the normal double bed but the sofa bed was a bit hard. Other than that everything was as nice as I expected!

Lovely room with very high standards, except for the view. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Calm and yet close to city centre. TV was out of order and very few channels to chose from.

Nice little hotel that offers really good value when looking for a place to sleep in Lugano. Located 10 mins away from the city centre by foot, it's a great option to avoid the insanely high prices of other smaller hotels in the area. Rooms are good and the beds are super comfy!

Modern and clean hotel. The room was rather big and well equipped.

- Location is great for the university, but as a tourist one might prefer a more central location. It is however an easy walk to the lake. - There is no 24 concierge.

Cosy Hotel with Excellent Services

The hotel is newly renovated. We stayed 4 nights, all staffs there were friendly and professional, especially the lady serviced in the breakfast restaurant was fabulous. The rooms are clean and in good size. Good sound insulation, very quite at night.

Bed in one of the rooms too small and only one mattress so every movement was felt by other person. Mattress too firm for our liking. Other room was fantastic!
