Nice budget hotel

Nicely located 2 min from the Lugano waterfront, and overall area is really nice. Hotel offers parking for 23chf per night, room was as described. Breakfast was pretty standard for Europe, everything was fresh and we liked it. Novotel is located next door over the corner and they have really nice terrace with a pool and good cafe, so worth to check if you go to Lugano.

The location and staff alone would make me stay here again the next time I am in Lugano.

The property was very clean, and was very walkable to everything in Paradiso. The staff was exceptional, always offering directions, a coffee, or recommendations. I would stay here again for the staff alone.

Bathroom was a bit small but efficient, and I wish the AC was a bit cooler.

After checking in we went to the room to freshening up after driving 14 hours - when we entered the room it absolutely stunk - I tried bringing this to a staff member but couldn’t understand a word of English so in the end I had to check out and pay for another hotel

Very nice hotel with nice staff and breakfast. Bus number 2 comes from central station directly to this hotel. Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed!

Location 5 min walking to the lake. Friendly Staff. Tasty Breakfast.

Everything else. Small room with very soft mattress and hard pillows. Bad quality towels. No fridge and kettle, glass in the room. Additional fee for a small dog 20 francs per day. Car park fee 22 francs per day. Dark carpets on the floor.

The room was as we expected as we have stayed there many times. The breakfast was good but not as good as it used to be. Location was good but there are now many other hotels in the area that are offering better service.

Things have changed from a friendly almost family style hotel to a corporate one.

the staff upgraded us to the next door hotel. the breakfast was very fulfilling and tasty. the rooms are exactly as described. one of my favorite places to stay in Lugano!

parking comes at an extra cost if you can’t find parking in the blue zones

the staff did not allow me to sit to work on the sofa in front of the reception. bar and lounge were reserved for private event and the sofa in front of the reception is reserved for check in client!! This is crazy!!!!! Never seen something like this in any hotel around the world. The bathroom of the Room does not work the water and have a size is less then 2sqm. Terrible hotel terrible service
