Great Location to walk all around the city

A dated cozy elegance that was quite inviting to us. We had a lovely view of the garden from our balcony. Breakfast was good, location was just a few minutes from the sights. I would definitely stay here again. The bus transit hub is directly across the street, making it easy to access. Our room was large and comfortable.
Lugano is a wonderful place to visit.
At first glance it seemed removed from things. But once we got our bearings, it was easy to get anywhere. We arrived late and the reception was closed. All worked out, but we had to call to get the codes at a specific time. If for some reason we couldn't have, I don't know what we would have done.

Location close to a Christmas market
Fortunately only 4 of the 5-6 unmarked parking spaces in the bushes ($34 Euros please) were taken in front of the hotel.
