Perfect location, 1 block from lake and close to everything in the downtown. Simple but comfortable room, very quick check-in and check-out, which was much appreciated.

Must book for families trip to Lugano

Location, Location, Location You are basically stay at city center, LV boutique just around corner, Laderach chocolate shop just in front your door. Staffs are awesome, kudos to you Salvatore 👏, it's rare to see well mannered young man.

Great location and price vs quality

We were on a budget and this met our expectations very well. The location was great, short walk to the river etc. Foodmarket was next to the hotel. We bought take-away breakfast and sat by the lake. The most beautiful view ever <3

Wasn't sure about the bed against the wall!

Love being able to open the window but the restaurant staff below after work were so noisy clearing away tables.

Great location , clean, secure, safe , 1 minute walk to lake , right in the centre of town , 5 min walk from train station, You can get the funicular from the station down to the bottom for $1.30 and avoid the 300m of stairs like I did

It was all good, accepted it was a shared toilet but it was right outside the room door across the hall and only shared with one other room. Never had to wait once.

One street back from the lake, all the shops and restaurants that you would want. Conveniently close to the train station, especially if you use the funicular.

Hotel it’s did not have much on offer, but the immediate precinct more than made up for it.

Got an email through booking.com from hotel for all our particulars including my wife's with photos of each of us.to facilitate checking. This was told it was mandatory. With the information the required I really thought it was a scam re identity theft. I refused and contacted the hotel who informed us that there would be somebody at reception from 9am to 6pm..and these particulars are only required if arriving out of the hours yet they suggest that it was "manditory". Booked double roo.m and got only half douna for one and one towel.

At least a coffee maker should be there , spoons etc . First two day no wifi and tv , but once I informed reception it was corrected immediately !!

Excellent hotel

A very central hotel near the lake, situated on a beautiful promenade full of stores. The train station was 5 minutes away on foot. The room was very clean, the mattress was very good and the toilet was separated from the shower. The receptionists were so cheerful and helpful. There is an elevator. I will come back.

Compact but good room a lane away from Lake Lugano. Alessandro was especially friendly, cordial and helpful in telling us about best places to visit around Lugano and we did the San Salvatore trip coz of that.
