Quality/price was fine. Good location
Too Basic. Até Booking during reservation there is nothing informing that kitchnet Will be empty without any utensils and a kit should be bought by chf 15 extra. Thais is a kind of information that should be highlighted até booking.com
Also my Room should have a balcony with mountain view and the staff told me that it doesn't exhist.

Stove top didn’t work for tea pot. No utensils at all provided. Why provide kitchen with no utensils. You

It was easy to find, and near enough or a short travel or walk to the lake, the city center, train station and other attractions. Place was clean, room was comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Close to grocery store, waterfront and bus stops.
Very quiet for sleeping.
Coffee and tea with cups not replenished daily.
garbage not emptied daily.
Info re which bus to take from train station and which stop to get off on would have been helpful.
