Sehr dreckig, im Bad Haare auf dem Boden, Ameisen im Bad, schmutzige Wände und Kissen, im Schrank stand noch Essen vom Gast vorher. Bett sehr unbequem. Ich bin nicht pingelig, habe mich aber sehr unwohl gefühlt.

A nice and budget-friendly place to stay in Lugano.

It was easy to find, and near enough or a short travel or walk to the lake, the city center, train station and other attractions. Place was clean, room was comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Short and ok

I really liked the proximity to bus stations, shops, city center, the politeness of the réceptionniste.

They don t change the towels every day. I don t expect the room to be cleanee every day. But new towels and a pickedup trash are needed. Shower was quite small. They need to leave some bigger cups in there, the 2 small ikea glasses were annoying to use.

Weekend a Lugano.

GuestHouse Lugano è allocata a 10 minuti di bus dalla stazione. Ho trovato comodo che nel prezzo fosse compreso il ticket per viaggiare, dal giorno in cui sono arrivata fino alla partenza, a bordo di ogni mezzo di trasporto lì a Lugano. Il che è stato comodissimo, perché mi ha permesso di fare il giro della città in soli due giorni che ho potuto alloggiare lì.

Non hanno la colazione inclusa, che secondo me è sempre un punto in più a una struttura.

Handy to transit

The location was great: close to bus lines and not far from the train station. The front desk people were helpful and friendly. It was great to have laundry option. There were tourist brochures in lobby. Room was reasonably quiet even though facing busy road.

It was hot weather and the air conditioning wasn't able to keep us comfortable. Air movement didn't reach the table area. The lighting was insufficient in the kitchenette and table area. The kitchen sink didn't have a plug so it was harder to wash dishes.

Super, à 15min du centre à pied à plat et sinon l’arrêt de bus est à 3 mètres

On est parti 2 nuits avec mes amis, c’était bien. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais ça fait l’affaire. Honnêtement pour le prix je suis contente car j’ai payé 470-. Deux nuits et 3 chambres car nous étions 6. Réservées seulement 1 semaine avant.

A part que ma chambre donnait sur la route et que le matin c’était bruyant. Rien à redire

La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il centro di Lugano tramite una passeggiata sul lungolago. È ben servita anche con i mezzi (bus e treno) per raggiungere sia il centro di Lugano che i paesini limitrofi. La stanza è accogliente. Il kit per la cucina e la culletta ottimi. Vicino c’è anche un supermercato ben fornito per la spesa.

Nulla in particolare. Magari una mensola in più in bagno aiuterebbe per appoggiare i prodotti di pulizia invece che lasciarli nel beauty case.

Short stop in Lugano

Quirky interior in reception area. Bar /coffee shop (OK Snack Bar) opposite beside BP station. More than a snack bar. Very friendly staff. Easy transit on bus one stop from train station. Ticket for public transport can be obtained through hotel before arrival. Store in Google wallet etc. We walked from station. Large bathroom. Large storage area. Good for lots of luggage.

No TV Need to rent kitchen equipment if needed. No utensils.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro di Lugano (anche a piedi). Camera piccola ma provvista dell'essenziale. Sono presenti bollitore,microonde e frigorifero molto ampio.

Assenza di servizio ristorazione. Si potrebbe aggiungere un servizio colazione, magari anche con pochi prodotti ma buoni.

Gute Unterkunft mit guter Preis-Leistung

Sehr freundliches Personal, das unter anderem dafür gesorgt hat, dass wir vor der üblichen Check-In Zeit auf das Zimmer konnten. Das Zimmer ist sauber und dem Preis völlig angemessen. Vor der Unterkunft ist eine Bushaltestelle, sodass man schnell an verschiedene Orte (z.B. Hauptbahnhof) kommt. Auch fußläufig kommt man gut nach Lugano Zentrum.

Das Bad ist etwas älter, aber nicht störend.

Clean, comfortable, and great home base to explore Lugano

Great value. Provides what you need to explore Lugano. The bus stops going both directions are just a few steps from the front door. And it has A/C, which was awesome with the heat wave while we were there! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. They let you do your laundry for free as well!

The bathroom could have used more towel hooks to hang towels and the shower curtain could maybe be wider to keep water from wetting the floor, but these are just nitpicks and I only list them by way of suggestions for the management. The room was great otherwise.

Great staff and good location, but not worth the money.

Phenomenal staff. They were friendly, helpful, gave great recommendations and spoke English very well. Great location, easy walk to the lake.

Rooms were much smaller than the photos show. The AC was not able to keep up, and the room had an odor from the humidity it created. We were there for a couple of cooler days and it was still hot at night. The shower was also bad. It was tiny, even for European standards, but the shower head wouldn’t stay in place and the curtain was much too large so it was in the way. We mainly booked this for a place to sleep and shower, and that was the worst part about it.
