Waren froh ein Bett zu haben aber für diesen Preis nie wieder

Finde nichts positives

Zu unserem bedauern gab es kein Frühstück. Bei der Hotelbuche stand inkl., aber es gab nichts. Ebenso stand nichts dass der Parkplatz noch bezahlt werden muss. Das Hotel ist sehr ringhörig und wir haben von den Nachbarn jedes Wort gehört (bis 3:00 morgens)

Für eine Nacht in Lugano okay

Die Lage war in Ordnung direkt neben mehreren Busstationen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und funktional. Das Personal war okay aber nicht mehr.

Die Option free bus and train ticket wurde uns nicht angeboten und war auch nicht verfügbar. Wir konnten am Frühstück nicht teilnehmen, da nicht vorab reserviert. Wir wurden an eine Bäckerei verwiesen, welche aber ca. 1.7km entfernt lag

Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten. Die Lage, nahe am See war sehr schön.

Es wurde ein Einzelzimmer mit einzel Bett angeboten, tatsächlich war es ein Etagenbett! Die Lampe im Bad war der Name nicht Wert, eine Funzel erscheint da eher passend. Das ganze Haus hat eher den Character einer Jugendhergerbe. Den Parkplatz musste ich mir in der näheren Umgebung suchen.

Nicht nur die Lage wichtig.

Lage ist passabel und das Hotel ist gut erreichbar.

Eingangsbereich ist nicht sehr einladend, nach einem Bus- und Trainticket, welches als kostenlos auf der Seite beworben wird muss man gezielt nachfragen. Einige Innenräume sind mit Gittertüren ausgestattet, welche erschreckend auf mich gewirkt hatten. Sehr seltsam.

Assolutamente sconsigliato, oltre a noi tutti i clienti incontrati si sono lamentati di questo albergo

Posizione, motivo per cui abbiamo scelto la struttura

Avevamo prenotato una stanza da 4 posti con Balcone e aria condizionata. All’arrivo siamo stati informati dallo staff che la nostra stanza era stata erroneamente assegnata ad altre quattro persone e che non c’erano altre stanze disponibili. Dopo un’attesa di circa un’ora ci è stata assegnata una stanza piccolissima in cui a mala pena entravano il letto matrimoniale e il letto a castello . Non adeguata a 4 persone adulte. In questa l’aria condizionata era fuori uso , ci sono stati forniti 2 ventilatori. Anche il bagno piccolissimo. Lo staff si è scusato e ha restituito una parte della quota della prenotazione, circa un terzo di quanto speso.

Der Balkon

Das zu stark gereinigt war es roch sehr stark nach Reinigungsmitteln. Man musste wegen nachfragen ob man das Traim Ticket bekommen kann. Leider kann ich das Abendessen nicht empfehlen, es sagt nicht appetitlich aus.

Das Bus und Train Ticket habe ich nicht ohne fragen erhalten. Obwohl im Internet von dem, zur Verfügung stehenden Frühstück berichtet wird, konnten wir in der Unterkunft kein Frühstück bekommen. Die angebrauchte Seife und Shampoo( von der Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt) wurden währed des Aufenthalts weggeäumt.( Abfallvermehrung)

Top Lage, nur ein kurzer Sparziergang vom See entfernt. Ein paar kostenpflichtige Parkplätze vor dem Haus

Das Bett in meinem Zimmer war doch sehr "rustikal" und vor allem die Matratze sehr dünn und weich. Das ganze Haus ist doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen (die Fotos geben wohl eine vergangene Zeit wieder).

Lugano is Beautiful, this place lets it down. I knew it wouldn't be great when I got to reception and the craft were

TV didn't work, nowhere to sit in the room, mattress very uncomfortable and paper thin. Basically bunk beds! Bedding old and tatty, pillows awful. No light in the corridor outside the room pitch black. Had to remind them about the free bus ticket.

Correct pour le prix. L’isolation est inexistante on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre a coté et dans le couloir. Le personnel est sympathique Un arret de bus est juste en face de l’hotel chose qui facilite le deplacement
