More than for the cost!

The property is excellent value for money. It's no-frills, but the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the location was quite convenient. While the property doesn't offer as many amenities as many others, it offers fantastic value for money and I would certainly stay again.
The shower head holder was somewhat compromised and didn't keep the shower in place. It did not stop me from using the shower and I still rate the property well. I didn't see free coffee (although I didn't wake up in time for breakfast). The breakfast window was relatively short in the morning, but the property is run by a small staff, and again, very good value for money.

Bigger isn't always better! This hotel offers exceptional value for money and is a gem in the centre of Lugano. It looks like the house from the Pixar's movie UP, surrounded by tall buildings housing banks and luxury hotels. Of course, it can't be described as luxurious, but it is simple, comfortable, clean and the staff are extremely friendly. If you're easy to please, you'll love it!
