Heel makkelijk in te checken door de self check in

De ligging is niet ideaal als je nog even de stad in wil of ergens te voet naartoe wil, maar voor ons was dit ook niet van toepassing dus geen probleem. Met de auto ben je zo waar je wil natuurlijk.

Einfaches praktisches sauberes Hotel

Super praktischer Checkin, Wir kamen sehr spät an und mussten uns keine Gedanken um die Checkin Zeit machen. Hat am Automaten ganz einfach geklappt.

Die Zimmer sind schön funktionell ausgestattet. Für ein längeren Aufenthalt finde ich die Fenster zu klein. Wir waren in Apartment C.

Great beds but unresponsive to customer requests

The beds were large, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is ideal for an overnight stop while traveling. The resort offers ample parking and has an on-site restaurant for added convenience. The restaurant staff were very friendly and served delicious food.

It seems they don’t regularly check their email (especially messages send via booking). I had informed them of my gluten-free diet via the booking.com messaging system, but apparently, the message was never received. While staying on-site, I also tried to contact them via the official email address they provided but got no response. The woman serving breakfast spoke mostly Italian and wasn’t able to assist. Interestingly, the restaurant—which is in the same space as the breakfast area—did have gluten-free bread available in the evening. However, no gluten-free bread in morning as the breakfast and restaurant services appear to be completely separate.

Voldoende voor een nacht

Voor een doorreis was het verblijf een voldoende. Het verblijf had alles om een nachtje door te komen en de self checkin verliep soepel. Het ontbijt was prima maar niets bijzonders.

Omdat we op doorreis waren was het voor ons geen al te groot probleem maar de appartementen waren wel erg kaal en sober ingericht: Het had geen sfeer. In deze prijscategorie zou men toch op zijn minst enige aankleding verwachten. De keuken was qua apparatuur goed maar het ontbrak aan goed keukengerei (geen scherpe messen, snijplank, weinig pannen, etc., etc.). Tot slot zat onze slaapkamer aan het trappenhuis waardoor we alleen een raam open konden zetten naar het trappenhuis en geen directe frisse lucht in onze kamer konden krijgen. De appartementen zijn ongetwijfeld voldoende om een nachtje in te verblijven maar voor deze prijs stoort het mij toch wel dat men niet zorgt voor de kleine (relatief goedkope) dingetjes zoals de aankleding van het appartement en voldoende keukengerei.

Zwischenstation

Wir waren zum 2. Mal da. Ist eine willkommene Station auf halber Strecke in die Toskana. Sehr empfehlenswert. 24/7selfcheck in. Bei Bedarf Frühstück on der Taverne oder zur Reisezeit auch essen am Abend. Leider war dieses Mal zu. Immer wieder gerne.

Zweckmässig, nicht ganz so schöne Lage

Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto und genügend Parkplätze. Self Check-in hat sehr gut und reibungslos funktioniert. Austattung des Appartement sehr gut, alles da, was man braucht. Trinkwasser bereits in der Wohnung vorhanden. Klima sehr von Vorteil gewesen.

Die Lage im Industriegebiet ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, für meine Zwecke für eine Nacht ok. Frühstück ok, nichts Besonderes. WLAN-Signal zumindest in unserem Appartement nicht nicht ganz so gut und eher langsam.

Geräumig, viele Parkplätze an der Unterkunft. Personal freundlich.

Leider hatte nur eins der beiden Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Liegt etwas abgelegen. Preislich etwas teuer.

Schoon en mooi ingericht

In twee van de drie kamers functioneerde de airco niet. Met 30 gr betekent dat gewoon een hele slechte nacht. Erg onhandig op doorreis.

Prima studio als je op doorreis bent

Nette studio. Hond vriendelijk. Ontbijt was ruim voldoende, geen buffet maar a la carte. Self check in met machine ging heel makkelijk.

Studio was warm, kregen we niet koeler. Stoelen bij het keukentje en bank vond ik niet comfortabel. Qua locatie dient het hotel zijn doel voor doorreis, er is niets te beleven in de buurt, ook niet een korte wandeling als je even eruit wil.

All of it. They wrote that it is Lugano, but it is 20 minutes by car from Lugano. They pretend to be Lugano, but it is not. They deceive the tourists, because if someone will search hotels under Lugano in Booking, she will receive this hotel as one of them. And it is not in Lugano. The name is also deceiving, because it is called a resort, but it is far from being a resort. The area is industrial, all the structures around are industrial. The structure itself was an industrial structure that was converted into a hotel. There was a strong noise all night from the bathroom, beds are children beds from Ekea. I would not recommend anyone to visit this hotel, especially for the very high cost they charge (I thought that I pay for a resort)

On ne nous a pas prévenu que le restaurant de l’hôtel serait fermé. L’endroit est peu vivant et un peu glauque. Aucun personnel de croisé à aucun moment. On avait demandé 2 appartement pas très éloignés (famille de 4 personnes) et nous en avons un au 1er étage d’un bâtiment et l’autre au rdc d’un autre bâtiment sachant que tous les appartement au 1er n’étaient pas occupés.

Très calme et paisible. TOP!

L’accueil exceptionnelle. La madame qui s’occupe des chambres et petits déjeuner, très gentille et aimable. L’hôtel se trouve juste à côté d’un circuit vélo tout terrain balisé par la fondation « swissmobile ». On peut sortir directement de l’hôtel à vélo et faire le circuit. TOP!

Je préférais petit déjeuner plus « self service » , mais le petit déjeuner ainsi que son service, était TOP!

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer, dessen Schlafzimmer-Fenster in einen Hausflur ging. Dieser war die ganze Nacht beleuchtet. Dadurch mussten wir bei geschlossenen Fenster schlafen. Dies war so in der Beschreibung und auf Bildern nicht ersichtlich, darum Punktabzug. Ansonsten war alles sauber, das Frühstück lecker und der Self Check in unkompliziert!

Fridge and Freezer, amenities to cook. Nespresso Coffee maker. Rather quiet place.

Some noise from the main entrance door falling shut. It was fine when I closed the second door to my room within my appartment. No leisure areas outside your appartment except bistro. Also only Terrestric TV reception. Italian channels only. Use free wifi for streaming.

Das Zimmer war freundlich eingerichtet, Handtücher waren vorhanden. Kleine Süssigkeiten sind bereit gelegt worden.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, konnte nicht eingestellt werden. Das Fenster konnte nicht offen gelassen werden, da direkt darunter stetig Raucher waren und es so auch zu laut war. Ich war der Ansicht, dass ich ein Zimmer mit kleiner Küche gebucht habe. So ist der Preis überteuert. Allgemein hörte man die Gäste vom Restaurant zu gut

Pour la douche il faut faire un grand pas pour monter et il n'y a pas de quoi se tenir, la même chose pour descendre, pour quelqu'un âgé ou avec des problèmes d'équilibre ou de jambes/genoux n'est pas sûre. Faudrait installer des poignées au minimum.
