It was great...except for the Bistro

Very nice place to stay and had all the basics to do a quick meal. We just stayed one night and it was perfect. Automatic check-in worked well.

No elevator and most of the rooms are on the first floor. The attached Bistro was closed for some private party (not advertised when we booked that it would not be available), and then they would not cook us any food to take back to the room even though the restaurant was empty (only a sandwich and we have celiac, so no go). This was very disappointing as there is nothing nearby as it's in a residential area. We had to drive to Lidl nearby to buy food and then we had to cook it. Not what we wanted after a 9-hour drive. Was cheaper, though!

Great beds but unresponsive to customer requests

The beds were large, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is ideal for an overnight stop while traveling. The resort offers ample parking and has an on-site restaurant for added convenience. The restaurant staff were very friendly and served delicious food.

It seems they don’t regularly check their email (especially messages send via booking). I had informed them of my gluten-free diet via the booking.com messaging system, but apparently, the message was never received. While staying on-site, I also tried to contact them via the official email address they provided but got no response. The woman serving breakfast spoke mostly Italian and wasn’t able to assist. Interestingly, the restaurant—which is in the same space as the breakfast area—did have gluten-free bread available in the evening. However, no gluten-free bread in morning as the breakfast and restaurant services appear to be completely separate.

All of it. They wrote that it is Lugano, but it is 20 minutes by car from Lugano. They pretend to be Lugano, but it is not. They deceive the tourists, because if someone will search hotels under Lugano in Booking, she will receive this hotel as one of them. And it is not in Lugano. The name is also deceiving, because it is called a resort, but it is far from being a resort. The area is industrial, all the structures around are industrial. The structure itself was an industrial structure that was converted into a hotel. There was a strong noise all night from the bathroom, beds are children beds from Ekea. I would not recommend anyone to visit this hotel, especially for the very high cost they charge (I thought that I pay for a resort)

Great appartment to spend the night.

Fridge and Freezer, amenities to cook. Nespresso Coffee maker. Rather quiet place.

Some noise from the main entrance door falling shut. It was fine when I closed the second door to my room within my appartment. No leisure areas outside your appartment except bistro. Also only Terrestric TV reception. Italian channels only. Use free wifi for streaming.

Nice bed, clean, clear and easy instructions for check-in, quiet.

Unfortunately, the cooling system was not functioning so it was a trade off between being way too hot inside or getting sting by tigers-mosquitoes while opening the windows.

Hhighly recommend the CP Resort Hotel

I recently stayed at the CP Resort Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant/Bistrot, which offered a delicious and varied menu, along with excellent service. I also appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient for exploring the city and easily accessible from the airport. Overall, I highly recommend the CP Resort Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay in the city.

Apartment building operated without any reception staff in a commercial area not too far from Lugano. Check-in is fully automated by a machine. The room was nice and had a good size, with mostly practical interior and little decoration. Good for an overnight stay during our trip to Italy or as an apartment during a business trip, but would not feel like a holiday place to me.

The host seems to run a horse breeding next door, and the floor to the apartments reminded me a bit of a middle aisle in a horse stable. Some decoration would be nice. The alcohol-based cleaning products left a distinct smell throughout the room.

Perfect for business trips

Self check-in 24/7 very easy and quick. The apartment was extremely clean and in order, with all basic furniture and equipment you need. It is also modern and beautiful. I didn't try the breakfast, but It was available at the Bistrot. I recommend It for business trips, but not only.

There is no contact with the staff if you appreciate it. But for my needs It was absolutely not a problem because everything went smooth.

Perfect for business purposes.

Thank you to Carlos and the CP Resort team for letting us check in 4 hours early as we needed to drop our dog off before heading into an important meeting. We also needed to add one more night to our stay and the process was seamless. The facilities were super clean and very modern. The self-check in system is great, but the best part is the the super easy check out, I wish all other hotels were like this!

Unfortunately no grass patch and place for dog waste at or near the hotel. The bistro has beer on tap which is great, but the food is so bleh, better to check out the grotto up in the hills 15 mins from the hotel.
