Highly recommend this hotel for several reasons.
Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Location- minutes from the train station (exit at platform 4). Easy access to the beautiful Lugano using the cable car which is every 3 minutes and takes less than one minute. Area around the hotel.
Room was comfortable and very well decorated. The hotel has many pieces of art work which are a joy to look at. Some quirky things look at.
The hotel website has a picture of breakfast - this is exactly how it was presented. Another work of art for eyes (and stomachs) to feast upon. Coffee made to order.
You can help yourself to water and make a coffee anytime of the day.
Rated as 3 star but should be higher.
