It has 2 pools, one is a indoor and the other one is a rooftop outdoor pool

We booked a single room but it turned out that our room had a connecting door within the room and you could literally hear the guests next door. There was no privacy. It was really uncomfortable to sleep because these people were also very loud until late at night and in my opinion that simply isn't a single room. In my opinion that is cheeky and not an acceptance of privacy. Luckily we were only there for one night because otherwise we would have thrown our money out the window. The bathroom was also very dated. It wasn't clean. There was hair from the previous guests. The shower curtain was dirty and some things were broken. There were lots of small splashes on the wardrobe door. I can't understand how they couldn't just clean it. It was spread over the whole area and was clearly visible. The outside pool was only deep up to the basin - you couldn't really see that in the photos. The view is surrounded by high-rise buildings so it's not exactly pleasant and there weren't enough sun loungers either. The only positive thing was the breakfast buffet and the comfortable bed.

Family trip-Overnight stay

Location and breakfast was very good. Hotel is good for overnights.

There was glass type curtains in front of windows and it is behind the bed. It was so dangerous. I could not understand how is it possible to make such a thing in a room. We had a little boy and we scared actually.

Breakfast was brilliant, so much choice! Staff were super friendly. Could have my dog overnight for a 20chf supplement and they even gave us a puppy goodie bag. The bed was very comfy and everywhere was exceptionally clean. The hotel is a lovely walk along the promenade from Lugano to Paradiso.

I am a partial wheelchair user which means I can walk short distances. I did not ask for a disabled access room as I can get into and out of the wheelchair and walk around little bits, fold up my chair and get in and out of shower, etc. We were given a disabled access room on assumptions that I needed one even though I stood up to the check in and walked from my chair to the desk, plus we hadn't pre booked this. I am not annoyed,at all, it was done through kindness and being thoughtful of me but it would be nice to be asked first. However, when accessing the room I could see how difficult it was to maneuver your self in the wheelchair into the room with such narrow walls. I tried it and my knuckles scraped the walls. There were many things which could have been improved to make access easier or more enjayable (if I would've needed to stay always in my wheelchair). It was by no ways a bad room, however some input from disabled people could be worthwhile. More than happy to assist on advice.

Not a 4 star hotel

The location and the guy from third shift

This is not 4 star hotel. Maybe the pools give the aditional star but everything else is not 4 stars. The room is very small with no sense for decoration and colors, there is one big brown wall that makes you sad, and some blue parts in the bathroom that doesn't match with anything. The room was also old and needs renovation. The staff was not polite and friendly at all, except the guy who worked 3rd shift, he was very nice and had sence of hospitality. The outdoor pool looks like it was abandoned from humanity and the bar that opens at 15:00 was poor. The cleaning ladies were extremely loud, so we didn't had the chance to have a good sleep and that ruined our weekend

Good location. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were more than adequate but would have loved a kettle and decent sized cups to make coffee. The town is lovely with gorgeous esplanade where one could walk for miles. Very satisfied.

Would prefer a kettle to a coffee machine which leaked!
