Tolles Zimmer und überdurchschnittlich gutes Frühstück mit hochwertigen Produkten und sehr viel Auswahl.

Der Check in war eine Katastrophe. Sehr sehr lange Wartezeit, weil unangenehme lautstarke Kunden vor uns in der Schlange standen und offenbar Probleme beim Checkin hatten. Der späte Checkin war angekündigt- wir haben vorab bereits online sämtliche Checkin Informationen übermittelt. Das angekündigte vorbeilaufen an wartenden Gästen war nicht möglich. 30 Minuten warten auf eine Schlüsselkarte mitten in der Nacht ist ärgerlich. Hier wären 2 Mitarbeiter sinnvoll gewesen.

It has 2 pools, one is a indoor and the other one is a rooftop outdoor pool

We booked a single room but it turned out that our room had a connecting door within the room and you could literally hear the guests next door. There was no privacy. It was really uncomfortable to sleep because these people were also very loud until late at night and in my opinion that simply isn't a single room. In my opinion that is cheeky and not an acceptance of privacy. Luckily we were only there for one night because otherwise we would have thrown our money out the window. The bathroom was also very dated. It wasn't clean. There was hair from the previous guests. The shower curtain was dirty and some things were broken. There were lots of small splashes on the wardrobe door. I can't understand how they couldn't just clean it. It was spread over the whole area and was clearly visible. The outside pool was only deep up to the basin - you couldn't really see that in the photos. The view is surrounded by high-rise buildings so it's not exactly pleasant and there weren't enough sun loungers either. The only positive thing was the breakfast buffet and the comfortable bed.

Petits déjeuners excellents, réceptionnistes très bien à part le monsieur qui nous a reçu et qui ne nous a pas expliqué de mettre la carte pour l'ascenseur. Emplacement très bien, tout près du lac et de tout.

Manque une prise électrique dans la salle de bains. Dommage pas assez de places de parking. Et dommage on ne peut ouvrir les fenêtres. Vue moche sur les immeubles.

Das Frühstück war super. Dass die Ticino Karte dabei war, ist auch genial. Umgebung mit Restaurants, Bus, Läden etc. war super. Mega feiner Kaffe. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer sehr gross und alles sehr sauber. Tiefgarage tip top.

Die Lage mit den Baustellen rundherum fanden wir nicht sehr toll. Es war sehr laut und die Aussicht nicht sehr schön.

Plutôt bien situé à Lugano, proche du lac et du centre.

On a séjourné avec notre chien, mais que sur une partie du séjour (mon mari est venu pour le travail et je l'ai rejoint le week-end avec le chien) et le supplément chien nous a été facturé pour l'intégralité du séjour. On nous a dit d'écrire pour recevoir le remboursement, mais cela fait 2 semaines et aucune réponse. Je suppose qu'on ne le recevra jamais. La piscine sur le toit était très sale. Pleine de crème solaire et mal entretenue. Celle du sous-sol n'est pas surveillée et il y avait des enfants qui sautaient et criaient. Pas la faute de l'hôtel en soi, mais ce n'est pas agréable pour le reste des personnes qui y séjournent, d'autant plus qu'à la base, il est interdit de sauter.

The location was great and close to many attractions. The rooftop pool had a beautiful view and was a perfect place to relax.

Grosszügige Frühstücksauswahl in guter Qualität und äusserst freundliches Personal. Ruhige Lage mit vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Talstation zur Bergfahrt auf den San Salvatore befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Der See ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
