Pleasant hotel in a nice location. Free buses into Lugano or a 20 min walk

The breakfast was very average as was the evening meal which was also expensive but maybe this is the usual price in Switzerland.

The best front desk, so nice and helpful. Good breakfast! Very clean hotel.

The room was small, and of course no Mountain View, I was on the first floor and saw only the wall of the other building.

The hotel was clean, served a decent breakfast, and the location was absolutely amazing and the views were brilliant. Not far from the center just a 30-45mins walk and bus stop is also nearby. Best Value hotel.

For me everything was good nothing to complain about.

The location is great and the staff was the nicest ive seen until now in Switzerland :) very friendly people and helpful. The room was super clean and with a really nice view.

It was a super hot summer day and the room has no AC, or at least i didnt find any. My mistake that i didnt ask tho :)

Struttura un po’ decentrata dal centro di Lugano ma vicino c’è la fermata degli autobus in convenzione con l’hotel (da richiedere l’attivazione del pass). Colazione nella media, camera un po’ datata, da ammodernare. Staff molto disponibile e gentile

Gute Lage, schönes Zimmer, freundliche Bedienung

Stanza abbastanza grande,anche il bagno e molto pulita. Bella la vista sul Lago. Colazione molto buona. Pane fresco dolci marmellata, yogurt brioche e F Frutta fresca anche fatta come macedonia da mettere nello yogurt. Anche colazione salata con uova e pancetta salumi e formaggi. Anche piastra per fare waffle. Inoltre frutta secca e cereali vari. Caffè molto buono e personale gentilissimo. Inoltre biglietti autobus gratuiti per andare in centro direttamente stampati dal personale.

Posteggio da cercare intorno all'hotel, non né hanno uno di proprietà, è quindi a pagamento... 10chf al giorno( ma è comodo che si può pagare direttamente al personale dell'hotel con ricevuta). Rumoroso,non insonorizzato perché cmq sulla strada.

Sehr Hundefreundliches Hotel, besonders gefallen hat mir das sie 10.- pro Hund einem Tierheim spenden!

Gute Lage in Stadtnähe. Seesicht von den oberen Zimmern. Bushaltestelle praktisch vor dem Haus. Sehr gutes Frühstück am Tisch serviert. Sehr nettes Personal.

Das Frühstück war gut. Schade, dass es nur wenig Vollkorn Brot hatte. Mit öffentlichem Verkehrsmittel ist das Hotel ohne Probleme erreichbar. Unser Hotelzimmer war hell, mit fantastischer Sicht auf den Luganersee und die umliegenden Berge. Sonnige Terrasse schon am Morgen. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und erhielten perfekt Auskunft über Ausflüge oder Busverbindungen.Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist sehr süss und das Essen einfach und sehr gut.Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Lugano.

Alles war gut

Das Hotel ist von Lugano leicht mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Kurze Strecke und häufige Verbindungen. Das Personal ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer hatte einen gedeckten Balkon mit Seesicht - perfekt um die Abende ausklingen zu lassen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch perfekt. Frische Cornetti, Brot & Zopf, Käse, Fleisch, Rührei, Fruchtsalat, usw. Auch ein Abendessen haben wir im Restaurant genossen - frisch gemachte Pasta - sehr lecker!

Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk. Onder het hotel zit een klein restaurantje met uitstekend eten en heerlijke wijn.

Het is een basic hotel, verwacht geen luxe. Het ligt aan een drukke straat die je binnen goed hoort. Ernaast is een bouwplaats waar veel herrie gemaakt wordt.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé tout, l'emplacement, la dame qui nous a accueilli à la réception était très polie et serviable, je le recommande à tout le monde.

Die Lage ist super, das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums von Lugano. Mit dem Ticino-Ticket kann man im ganzen Kanton Tessin gratis mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren und die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel und der Bus fährt alle 15 min.

Отель очень компактный , номер чистый, маловатый, но для одного или двух дней, нормально, в номере присутствовали все принадлежности, кондиционер, что не мало важно, завтраки стандартные, для такого рода отеля, ничего особенного

То, что нету лифта, но персонал, очень обходителен и помог спустить чемодан👍

Il quartiere nel quale si trova l'albergo è gradevole e si possono fare belle passeggiate. La signora alla reception era molto gentile e disponibile. I cani sono accettati.

Innanzitutto, la dimensione della stanza è veramente esigua, tanto che è difficile muoversi, pur essendo l'arredamento ridotto ai minimi termini (non un accenno di armadio o di cassettiera). In secondo luogo, il caldo era insopportabile, in quanto l'aria condizionata non era molto efficiente (pur essendo, come ci è stato riferito, di recente installazione), e di notte non è stato possibile dormire con le finestre aperte per il frequente e rumoroso passaggio delle auto. Il frigorifero in dotazione non era funzionante/acceso al nostro arrivo, il che ci ha obbligato a chiedere di custodire un omaggio deperibile nel frigorifero della struttura (richiesta accettata, ma con grande riluttanza, dal gestore del bar/ristorante). Infine, l'assenza di ascensore rende problematico l'accesso alla stanza se si viaggia con bagagli pesanti e non si è giovani e aitanti. Un capitolo a parte merita il ristorante, dove abbiamo cenato con una nostra ospite. Il pasto è stato piuttosto buono, ma purtroppo 'condito' dall'atteggiamento del maître (titolare?) abbastanza ruvido e arrogante, diimentico del fatto che la somministrazione di un pasto al ristorante è un lavoro per lui, ma dovrebbe essere un piacere per gli ospiti paganti. Molto più amabile il resto del personale.

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit topp Betten. Richtig gut geschlafen. Die Gastgeber und die Bedienung super nett und gechillt. Speisekarte mit tollen Kompositionen die sehr lecker waren. Gutes Frühstück mit leckerem Kaffee. Können wir bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Preis / Leistung top! 👍 😍

Extrem laut , sehr heiss und Ventilator bot keine Abhilfe, sprich: war gar nicht effektiv. Zimmer befand sich zur Straße hin, direkt an einer Haarnadelkurve, wo motorradfahrer Gas gaben. Unbedingt Oropax mitnehmen!!!
