Amazing view, great location and the food in the restaurant was lovely.

Great location, 15 min walk to the center. Incredible view of the lake from my room.

Balcony could have been bigger. The bathroom was a little dated and the sink didn’t drain properly. So it would fill up very quickly and not drain for at least 10 minutes.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel and intend to go back sometime.

Breakfast was superb, wide choice of food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was nice wth a terrace and lake view. Great location and only 5 minutes to central Lugano by free, public buses that run every 15 minutes.

A solid stay but not exceotionel.

The location is great

The hotel ist a bit dated. Some of the neighbour guests were smoking on the balcony, so when I wanted to keep my room window open, I got all the smell of the smoke in my room, not so nice for me.

The room was good sized and clean. The location was perfect and near to public transportation. Beautiful pool side view of the lake and good service

The only shortcoming was the expresso machine and table lamp in the room did not work.

Fabulous Lakeside hotel

Amazing setting , fabulous location, most staff were lovely in particular the Reception and housekeeping staff Breakfast buffet was frankly incredible Perfect lake access for swimming from poolside

Mountain view room....adequate BUT overlooks a busy road Restaurant for evening meal did not offer the choice I would have liked......but the terrace setting was utterly awesome

This place is perfect for the views, for resting up and having easy access to the town.

The location is stunning and being able to swim in the lake is fantastic. The room was perfectly good, no surprises and no disappointments. A very standard breakfast, no complaints. Helpful reception staff.

I think the area around the pool and lake could be better. It was hard to find towels and access to the lake was fine but could have felt more high end and glamorous.

Wonderful place at "Swiss prices"

Very nice room, with exceptional wiev on the lake and mountains. If you like swimming this hotel is ideal: Just at the lakefront, has own some kind of a pontoon in short swimming distance from the hotel. Additionally even a nice swimming pool. Overall the ambiente of the hotel was super meeting a four star Swiss hotel. The breakfast was amazing wide variety and good quality.

The very aggresive birds in the utdoor breakfast place, I would recommend to find solution in order to avoid the risk of customers sharing their food with the birds. Parking was not available as expected - however the hotel was helpful finding some kind of a "solution"

Lovely hotel on a gorgeous lake

Excellent staff in the restaurants and in the bar. Nice breakfast. Beautiful view of the lake from the restaurants, the pool and the bar. The view from our room was also excellent. Organized front desk staff.

Food situation is strange for a hotel this size. You cannot get any food at all between 2:30PM and 7:00PM. The website says that they have food in the bar, but they do not have any food in the bar after 2:30PM for the rest of the night. You have to go down the street to one of the cafes to get anything to eat. And room service is only available when the restaurant is open after 7PM or at lunch. Naturally we arrived at 2:30 and were out of luck! We knew that the parking was far, but at least they have parking now.

Shame about my broken suitcase

The location and the view are simply amazing.

The hotel is very nice but I had an issue with the luggage I had left at the front desk after checking out. On my way to the station, I realised the handle had been damaged, which made my return trip quite difficult. I contacted the hotel about this, sending some pictures of the damage, but they said they could not do anything because they had not seen the damaged suitcase. Was I supposed to go back to the hotel and miss my train? In the end, it was an expensive stay as I need to buy a new suitcase.

Good location, helpful staff and comfortable.

We had a lovely lake view room with a balcony. The room was very comfortable apart from being a bit hot due to the heating system.

The heating system doesn’t go below 22 degrees so it’s stifling at night if you don’t turn it off and open a window. Also didn’t like the strong scent wafting through the corridor.

Simply perfect. Worth every franc.

Best hotel ever!! The lake views, the staff, the spacious room, the balcony, the restaurant (amazing Italian food with unbelievably friendly and professional waiters), the gym (again with lake views), the pool (right on the lake), the direct deck to the lake. There was a problem with the vent (smell from the kitchen vent reached the room). I told the front desk and immediately got another room - with an even better view. Such a combination of friendliness and high-end service. I want to bring all my family and friends to enjoy this hotel, and will definitely be back.

Many delicious options in breakfast to pick from. Receptionists very helpful and friendly. Great location with amazing views.

The fact that the employees in the breakfast area were always in a rush and running. I understand that they were in a rush to serve us, the customers but sometimes I felt like I also had to rush so somebody could pass quickly or when they were asking if we want coffee or something with our breakfast, it felt like they expected a very fast answer. It would be nice if they could minimize that so the customers can also relax during their vacation. Apart from that, the service was perfect.
