Friendliness of host and location.
We were hoping for the family room which had a separate bedroom from the 2 bunk beds, but ended up with 2 beds in 1 room.

The staff and owners were so friendly and welcoming.
The room we stayed in was clean, warm, quiet, and appointed as described in our booking.
Good off-site (free) parking was available with the use of a parking permit provided by the B&B, and just a couple of minutes walk away.
The property is in a great location for walks around the lake and easy access to local restaurants and cafes.
The breakfast was great, and it makes for a good family stopover.
I'm really quite impressed with this family run B&B, so there are no real issues or concerns.
