Wonderful location, right beside Lake Lugano. Enjoying dinner while taking in the view of the lake, wildlife and surrounding mountains was an unforgettable experience. We also chose a room with a terrace overlooking the lake. The staff were brilliant and looked after us very well indeed.

Vincenzo at the reception went above and beyond to help my family with the checkin process and helping move their luggage to their room.
