Aussicht super, direkt am See, nettes Personal

Die Lage des Hotels, der Balkon zum See und die Aussicht sind hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut. Der Kaffee wird frisch zubereitet und ist ein Genuss (im Gegensatz zu vielen grösseren Hotels). Unser Zimmer war zwar klein, aber in einem guten Zustand mit modernem Bad, zweckmässig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war freundlich, angenehm und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel genossen.

Gutes Hotel mit toller Seeterrasse und Personal.

Lage direkt am See und perfekt als Ausgangspunkt Richtung Lugano oder Italien. Sehr nah bei Tesla Supercharger. Bei Sonne ist das Frühstückauf der Terrasse direkt am See einfach toll! Das Servicepersonal - speziell Maria - waren äusserst freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und machten den Aufenthalt trotz Arbeit zum Kurzurlaub.

Das Zimmer war eher klein und ohne Tisch zum Arbeiten. Die Parkplatzverhältnisse sznd eher eng. Des Personal bot aber eine noch bessere Lösung bezüglich Office im Restaurant an, was ich sehr schätzte.

Heel mooi uitzicht over het meer, ruime kamer. We moesten vroeg vertrekken en we kregen de avond er voor een ontbijt pakket mee.

Realmente no es un problema del alojamiento si no de la situación del pueblo en general , al estar en el lago es difícil el aparcamiento simplemente porque no hay espacio . Ellos tienen como 8 plazas que se asignan por llegada .

Die direkte Lage am See ist klasse

Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer mit direktem Seeblick , was aber wirklich sehr klein war . Die Klimaanlage hat gute Dienste geleistet. Maria vom Service ist für uns die Perle des Hauses.

Der Außenbereich mit direktem Badezugang war sehr schmutzig und wenig einladend. Die deutsche Sprache wird kaum verstanden , oft auch nicht mal englisch.

Schöne, erholsame Aufenthalt bei schönem Ambiente und tollem Personal

Familiär, sauber, um die Gäste bemüht. Bestechender Blick von der großen Terrasse. Der Empfang durch Maria beim einchecken war sehr herzlich und sie hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Sie ist eine tolle Person, die sich ausnahmslos mit ihrer Position und dem Hotel identifiziert. Wir hatten einen direkten Abgang vom Hotel in den Luganer See und das Schwimmen dort war eine wunderbare Abkühlung und Abwechslung. Das dazugehörige Restaurant war sauber, das personal freundlich, das Essen hervorragend und besonders Mikela hatte sehr darauf aufgepasst, dass ich das richtige Essen bekomme, da ich Lebensmittelallergien habe. Auch die Cocktails waren hervorragend gemischt.

Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und frisch mit lokalen Produkten (Käse, Gemüse, Brot, Süsses). Der Kaffe war sehr gut, italienisch, wie wir ihn lieben. Wir sind auf der Terasse am See gesessen und es war sehr schön

Es gibt sichere bessere Hotels für 400.- pro Nacht.

Die Lage des Hotel war gut, da. direkt am See, Frühstück und Abendessen (auf der Terasse tolles Ambiente!!)war ausreichend und gut, man darf nicht zuviel erwarten, Extras wie frischer Orangensaft oder Spiegeleier werden nicht angeboten. Aber sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal.

Unser „Upgrade“ von Junior Suite mit Balkon mit Seelage auf Suite mit Großer Terasse und Seeblick war leider keines, da die Terasse zwar groß ca. 5x5m war, aber ungepflegt und laut war, Straßenlärm von der Rückseite und großer lauter Lüfter von der Küche, der ganztags bis ca.24 Uhr lief.da wäre uns der war kleinere Balkon, aber ruhiger und toller Blick lieber gewesen. Auf die Bitte, die gebuchte JuniorSuite zu bekommen, wurde uns gesagt, das Zimmer sei leider belegt! Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war ein immer wiederkehrender extremer Gestank aus den Abflüssen des zum Schlafraum offenen Waschbeckens und Dusche, der trotz Abdecken mit Handtüchern den ganzen Wohnraum einnahm und uns zur vorzeitigen Abreise am Folgetag veranlasste.

Continues to be great quality accommodation overlooking lake Lugano. Always very comfortable rooms, quiet and well soundproofed, very safe, very clean, lots of facilities, excellent wifi, superb breakfast (& coffee!) and above all excellent hosts. With a special mention to Maria who is the beating heart of Lac Hotel. She is always incredibly helpful , kind and we always enjoy our stays with them, many thanks as always!
