Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Lugano

Das Hotel ist wunderschön oberhalb des Luganersees gelegen. Wunderschön beleuchtet bei Nacht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit einer Klimaanlage versehen und mit bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück ist mit vielen frischen Produkten aus eigener Herstellung wunderbar anders als man es sonst kennt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

This is a beautiful hotel with stunning views - the reception staff are very friendly and helpful

We really loved our stay here. The staff, particularly on reception, were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The building is a gem, really beautiful and very clean, the views from it are stunning. The pool is a good size and well maintained. The room was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. The food at the hotel was very nice

We found the cost of food at the hotel a little on the expensive side and only ate there (outside of our pre-paid breakfast) once as a result. The pre-paid breakfast was good value though and had a good selection. A personal preference would’ve been for strawberries & blueberries to be available, and it was a little disappointing that staff weren’t able to satisfy a basic request for poached/scrambled eggs. The hotel’s location part way up a winding hill provides beautiful views but it is worth noting that a small part of the walk down to the town is not on pavement - to go up/down a section of the hill you have to walk on the road. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault and we safely walked up and down each day, but it is a potential safety issue that people should be aware of - particularly if you have small children and no car

Ein absolutes Kleinode! Die Lage ist wunderschön, das Personal engagiert und sehr freundlich. Im Design des Hotels sind Geschichte und Moderne perfekt vereint, und alles mit einem stilvollen Touch „Dolce Vita in Schweizer Version“. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Essen im Restaurant absolut lokal. Eine super Gelegenheit den Geschmack des Tessins zu entdecken! Ganz besonders waren wir auch vom Kellner begeistert, der die Speisekarte perfekt präsentiert und die Besonderheiten erläutert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen!

Wenn man etwas negatives sucht, dann ist es eventuell die Busanbindung, die nur einmal pro Stunde besteht. Allerdings kann man man sich im Urlaub ohne Problem darauf einstellen. Ausserdem bekommt man von Hotel kostenlos das Ticino Ticket, mit dem man gratis Bus fahren kann und von vielen Vergünstigungen bei Museen etc. profitiert.

A paradise in Paradiso.

The amenities were absolute delight. It felt like a little paradise tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. The staff were incredibly accommodating. Everything was spacious. Even the hotel's restaurant was delicious! We will definitely go back or recommend to our friends and family.

I wish the shampoo and hand wash were nicer. It didn't seem up to par as the rest of the amenities the hotel provided.

Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll und man spürt eine Seele… der Aussenbereich, inkl Pool, perfekt ! Die Küche ausgezeichnet, liebevoll & saisonal mit Zutaten aus dem eigenen Hotel Garten.

Im Sommer könnte man die Pool Zeiten ausdehnen; morgens um 7h bis abends 21h

Super erholsamer Urlaub, nur zu empfehlen

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, super nette Angestellte die alle wünsche erfüllten. Tolle Lage mit Sicht auf Lugano. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir jeden Morgen Frühstücken und am Abend Abendessen. Immer wieder!!
