Great experience, would stay again as a solo traveller

Unique experience, really happy with the self check-in and check-out process, including the secured car park.

I couldn’t use any of the plug sockets in my room because I travelled with a travel adaptor that requires a circle slot, and all the sockets in my blue room had like a thin entry and I couldn’t charge anything all night.

Practical, clean and spacious

It was minimal but spacious and clean. Perfect for what we needed. I place to stay one night as we were traveling by car and want to do a short visit to Lugano next day.

One of the light bulbs were not working so the room was a bit dark.

A strong headlight from the parking, directly in front of my bed, lit up the room all night. Only decorative curtains which didn’t help at all. They should by curtains which shut out light (ikea?)

Very practical as a stop on your journey or visiting one of the nearby industrial units.

Clean and relatively quiet.

1) Clients are not encouraged to park their cars reasonably, resulting in cars parked with 1 meter gaps. The consequence is a lack of parking space. Sorry, but there are stupid people. 2) The stairwell has a strong echo, noisy guests can be heard through the whole building.

Nice apartments poor facilities

Rooms were clean nice and big

Rooms did not have privacy for shower, the was no kettles for tea, no ac in rooms, the kitchen does not have fridge or kettle or microwace, the vending coffee machine that charges money for coffe etc dispensed hor milk when laate was ordered and did not return the change 1euro and 5 cents after vending.

One-night stop

Self check-in was very easy and convenient. The room was comfortable and worked well for our family for one night. There’s a nice restaurant nearby, and a supermarket just 5 minutes away by car. Great for a short stay!

A few things could be improved: the apartment doesn't have air conditioning (known before book - but deserve it ;) ), the bathroom could be cleaner, and we could hear the outside door from inside the floor-level apartment. Still, a good option for a short stay."

A very nice modern hotel for people who do not need to sleep at night :-(

It is a stylish motel in a nice little Swiss town. Self check-in/check-out was smooth, room was modern, spaceous.

Apparently, the architects forgot any soundproofing. The nearby "autobahn" plus the adjacent main street are very noisy, you feel as if no windows are separating you from the outside at all ... Starting at around 5am, unless you have earplugs, you get no sleep :-(

Comfortable bed

No technical assistance in case of problems. Phone number provided works but no one is replying! The check-in is done through a machine. Arrived at 1 am and it didn't work. Me and other guests could not access the room. We ended up solving the problem but the system charged my credit card for the reservation of another guest!! And the other guest had to pay for my room in order for us to both be able to enter the hotel. Only possible to enter by scanning qr codes so if no battery on the smartphone entrance to parking and room is not possible.

The rooms are new and the design is very nice. Everithing was super clean. Parking is just in front of the hotel, very spacious!

Remote location in middle of nowhere. Only has vending machines in basement for food and drink. Found it to be a cold and sterile environment and not very welcoming. Public areas could use a clean as very dusty.

Good option for one night stop over on the way to/from italy through Switzerland

- Good location, we used it for one night on the way from Italy - fair price in comparison to other hotels in the area - self check-in next to the gate is relatively easy, you just need to type reservation code you get from hotel, add few details and scan you iD/passport - large window with balcony and pretty good view. I was expecting bricks wall when booked room with „no view“ Info: There is no key as such, you just have QR code to scan to enter the building and your room. Be aware that to open parking gate, there is a button from inside of the gate, you can walk in on the right side and just press it (at least it was like that) Downstairs there are wending machines, electric kettle, tables and chairs in case you wish to have your meal there. Few minutes walking distance there are 2 restaurants and patisserie.

Modern, clean and automated. Good as a stop over

Very interesting concept of automated check in. All was clean with towels etc. I loved the shower! Soap was also available. Good location to use on the way somewhere. No issues with check in times due to automation.

There is no air co. It is possible to open the window but there are no mosquito nets and if you are traveling with 4 people like us then someone is sleeping on the floor bad under this window. But there were ventilators, 2 even!

Good place for a short crash if you're not picky about comfort/cleanliness.

Location was convenient for a late night stop driving towards Italy, the 24/7 self check-in is convenient.

The air in the hotel didn't seem clean. The toilet in the room used (not cleaned/flushed). The room floors could also have been cleaner, but those are easy to ignore. For a short/late one night stay it's not a problem, I was mostly expecting such experience based on other reviews. The entry to the car parking garage didn't work, the doors only opened from the inside.

Interesting design. Relatively favourable price for Switzerland. Large room + terrace, clean... Good choice for a one night sleep when travelling.

Noise at night from a nearby road. QR-code reader at the car gate didn't work (another guest showed me a hidden button on the back side of the gate). I've only received a message with some check-in details after I had already arrived at the site and had already finished the self check-in.
