Cute hotel in a very good location - walking distance to the lake and ferry, store and restaurants around. Free to use electric charger and free wide outside parking, pets allowed, nice size swimming pool and nice choice for breakfast (I’d like omelette to be free of charge though). Hotel is a bit old and you can see some signs but overall very pleasant experience

The property was clean but it was old. All the furniture and appliances were maybe over 30 years and it was like staying in the 1950. But my wife liked the breakfast. The staff were great and helpful. But the hotel itself needed renovation.

Super clean hotel and friendly staff. Good location, few minutes walk to the lake and 20 min walk to Laguna. Excellent funicular nearby, fab views from there. Really good bus service to Laguna or other places which is free with a Ticino card (available at the hotel) We went to Morcote village on the bus which is definitely worth a visit.

Chose this hotel for its lake view from balcony and location, walkabilty to the lake and shopping/restaurants. Everything could have been perfect, if not for old cigarette smell in the room (non smoking room was pre requested). Needed to sleep with the door open. Would have asked for room change if we were staying more than a night. Front desk staff were extremely courteous and well appreciated.

Very nice hotel, well run with very friendly staff. Room was large, but extremely small bathroom. There was no room for us their covered payable garage.but there was plenty of onsite parking around the hotel which was free. The attached restaurant which was a pizzeria was really good I would recommend a visit there. I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is nice and I stayed when the Corona measures were still strictly enforced. It is a nice hotel but it is somewhat removed from the core center. Two busy streets meet at its base. Maybe better if you have a car. But it is near the beautiful lake and the center is walking distance along the stunning boardwalk. At the time only the hotel restaurant was open. That was one of the reasons for the trip. To actually being able to eat in a restaurant!

A nice comfortable stay. Large bathrooms, clean, onsite parking, decent breakfast, good service.. all a big plus. We wished the pool was already open. Sometimes I just enjoy laying on a lounge by the pool with a glass of wine and a good book but couldn’t do that here. I couldn’t fully enjoy the balcony either due to people smoking on theirs.

This is a nice choice if you visit at Ticino by car. Free parking space is available and you can reach out to the city center by 15 mins walking or bus. The room is clean and spacious.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are fairly big. We initially had to change rooms because the first smelt really damp and musty. Something the staff seemed surprised by but reading other reviews is clearly a problem in some rooms they need to resolve. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. It's also close to the waterfront and amenieties.

Breakfast was excellent- just a 5 min walk to the lake and funicular. Martina at gust relations spent 20 minutes with my family helping us plan a trip to lake Como. The front desk let us check in 4 hours early. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We loved our stay at this hotel. Martina in Guest Services was wonderfully helpful resolving issues with our reservation, taking us to our room, telling us about amenities within the hotel and also about points of interest in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed our dinner in the hotel restaurant. The location is wonderful and parking available. It is fabulous!

One of the best guest/customer relations I’ve had from a hotel. Shout out to Miss Martina who made the hotel seem super classy for it. She initiates to help us by asking where we want to go and taught us how to get there. Then the following morning she is at the breakfast room to inquire about our itinerary and helped us again to get to where we want to go and even printed train schedules for us, offered umbrella when she knew it was raining outside! This is a 4 star hotel that has a 5 star service because of her. Many thanks for you made our stay more comfortable and warm, as if you were always looking after us. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The balcony is a plus. It’s an easy walk to the lakefront and to Lugano-Paradiso station.

Aesthetic more traditional taste of decor but a very comfortable, nicely run establishment. Loved free soft drinks. Would have liked a little more choice at breakfast, good as everything on the buffet bramble was.

The hotel is love it, good size and decorated rooms. Very good breakfast, lovely terrace and swimming pool. Free parking a real plus. My only hold back is location is a good 15 minute walk from the main active area of Centro. It is only 2 blocks from the Lake and Promenade. We walked to town for dinner and took a cab back.
